random mermaid transformation.....

is there a way to keep random sims from becoming mermaids? like, how you can turn it off for supernaturals in settings? am I missing something? (the only reason I even really mind is that they keep the max scuba diving skill, even if you change them back to normal)

I dont think you can prevent it, but i think there is a cheat you can do to lower the sims diving skill or take it away completely

They may be a mod over at Mods the Sims that might help if you are not opposed to using mods. I would look for it myself but I am not on my computer at the moment.

And if there isn't any type of mod over at MTS that does what you are looking for, then you could try over at NRaas as they have several mods such as MasterController. If you do want to try to see if NRaas has such a setting in their mods, then the person to ask would be igazor...
