Dine Out Suggestion - Tables Not for Dining

It would be great if we could designate which tables are for eating similarly to how we can designate what items are for sale in retail stores. I'm building a restaurant with a bar in it, and what I really want is some tables and chairs for Sims to just hangout, but the moment you plop tables and chairs the host thinks they're free to seat people.
