Welcome to Tiny Shoppe: A Community Lot Contest

I know there are a few building contests right now, but hopefully one more won't hurt lol.
These Little Shops can be anything you want them to be, as long as they are no more than 20x20.
You could have a flower shop, or a little boutique, maybe a Voodoo shop, whatever you want. The shops do need to be fully functional, or at least as close to it as you can. For example, if you don't have WA, then a nectar shop may not be the best option, but on the otherside of that, if all you are missing is the Savvy Seller Collection, then that's fine.
The shops can have as little or as much inventory as you would like them to have.
I also own all of the EA content so there is no limit to what you can use, just make note of what you do use, so I can make sure I got the right stuff in game
I am also totally ok with little rabbit holes as well, just make sure you let us know.
Absolutely no CC. These need to be enjoyable for everyone!!
Right now I am thinking the winner will receive a venue. BUT if I can manage it, I'll see if I can give someone a world instead. No promises on that yet though.
To keep it simple, this thread will have the entry form below, followed by prizing/sponsors/judges. Then a list of Fully Functional lots, and below that a list of Semi-Functional lots. Each will be custard checked and finally, a post for FAQs as needed

I'll make the due date for this September 30th to give everyone time to enjoy the summer and get some building in. One entry per person please.

Prizes are transferrable.

They can be anything you want them to be and as close to functional as you can get it.

I added in the scoring on the first post. I decided to keep it simple and just go with 3 criteria for it: Creativity, Functionality, and Pictures.

You can definitely transfer the winnings to someone else that's no issue.

As close to functional as you can get it (like counters and stuff) and they can be anything you want it to be.

Definitely parttaking in this one as well, given that the Savvy Seller Collection set I own will be enough to create a fully functional shop! Glad I will have things to be creative with during the summer thanks to you @LadyEmillye !

Ok, I started off making a butcher shop on a 20x20 lot, then realized after I had done the build that I was really designing it as a residential lot. (It's medieval, and in the middle ages, shops were also where the shopkeepers lived.) So I redid it on a 20x15 lot, and I'm not going to add any residential stuff into it at all.

I hope you don't mind us posting images of our builds. It tends to keep the threads more exciting.

I'm not showing the insides, because nothing's really in them yet. So far I've just completed the shell.

Mine might not be as exciting as what you're looking for, because I'm not that experienced at decorating. I tend to just put in what seems necessary - and maybe a few deco items - and that's about it. I'm also not very good at landscaping. Like, at all. But that's OK, since I have no intention of winning, nor would I expect to.

It's looking great so far, and yes, I do love updates.

Don't worry on landscaping, and sometimes not overcrowding is a good thing! I made the criteria simple so everyone has a fair chance even if some areas of building aren't their strong suit!
