A very, very dark brown that almost looks like black.
If I wanted to really see the brown, then I'd have to be in some really bright lighting or sunlight which is kinda plum.
Mine Are Kinda Weird: They're Mainly Dark (Or As My Mother And Sister Call Them, "Muddy") Brown, With Little Bits Of Green, But My Left Eye Has More Green Than My Right Eye.
Hazel. That can go one of two ways. Sometimes they look really dark brown but in the bright sunshine they're a shocking green
That's exactly how my eyes are too. They're clearly green in the sunlight, but sometimes look hazel or brownish in photographs. I was looking through some old photographs of myself and it's weird how they appear to be somewhat different in color depending upon the amount of light.
I really don't understand all the self-hate so many people with brown eyes have, then again in my culture light eyes are considered a non-human/scary trait.

To the OP: sort of an icy blue (to very, very, very few people it looks a bit grey, but I'm pretty sure their colour perception is just off though) with a fine, dark blue-ish outer circle

I suppose it's a mix of green/grey/blue depending on the lighting? Looks very green, here.
