      Update: Just posted this and he arrived. He is going to get a quote for new cistern as nothing can be done for the old one.

      Lamenting the fact that, despite being fine earlier, my computer won't start and startup repair is unsuccessful :s:s:anguished::cold_sweat:

      I've had it for 5 years though, and it itself is about 8 years old and more and more's been going wrong with it.

      Fingers crossed I'll have a new one on Monday.
