Can you perhaps elaborate on the "Flags" a bit (before you head off in the sunset )?
Asking since I've managed to produce a randomly crashing object yesterday, and now while combing the thing for differences between that and all of the working ones, I notice that it has Flags: 0x00000001 in the MTBL, and a similar object has 0x00000000 .. but since I don't know what those flags are doing, I have no idea whether that could be significant.
(I mean the uint32 that is just named "flags" -- not widthAndMappingFlags.)
