I hope everybody is doing well

My first WIP for 2016.

A townhouse with a modern style.

Still in early stages so this below is still incomplete!

Okay the exterior wall coverings are still incomplete and will be improved and thinking of using some other railings and maybe changing the half walls too but this is the final shape I decided to work with!

Your modern townhouse WIP is looking very nice! Very nice design of the exterior! The balconies look nice. The lights look nice how they are placed on the wall. I will look forward to seeing updates of your build

The black and white exterior is very stylish. I look forward to seeing the completed design!

I'm not sure about a foundation of that height, but I noticed smaller foundations get covered up i you enlarge the ivy
