@pronterus You keep putting detail and style into your builds that is amazing to see. Keep up the good work! And thanks again for stopping by my showcase thread.
Modern family home looks stunning! Great architecture and I love that kitchen! Wish I had a kitchen like that in real life! LOL! Will be adding to my favourites.
Hi pronterus!
I’m so sorry I haven’t posted in your thread recently. I know you’re aware of the nonsense that’s been going on with me, but I do apologize for not commenting on all your beautiful builds. Your work, as always, is excellent and I’m in awe of what you create in such a short amount of time. Honestly, you are such a prolific builder, it never fails to amaze me. I take forever, I just drag my feet, LOL. But you’re so speedy and your builds always turn out awesome! Consistency is a sign of real talent. Really, there hasn’t been one thing that you’ve posted that I haven’t loved. You definitely have a specific style, but I’ve also seen you branch out of your modern builds and create Victorian lots as well. Your versatility truly impresses me.
And I have to say, I am totally jealous of your latest creation. I fail at building kitchens. I just can’t do it, LOL. You, however, have made a true foodie’s paradise here. I just love the tall, plate glass windows that let in so much natural light along with the plants you have used to line the walls above the cabinets. It all gives the kitchen a very open, organic feel. And just the general flow of the room, the way the dining area leads into the kitchen with its small island works so well. Also, I absolutely adore how you placed the cabinets and counters. It was very smart to use different colors for the counters and the cabinets (I’m definitely stealing that idea, btw. Hehe). I really like how the end of the counter curls a little to create a focal point in the room. The entire arrangement is just great. The shades of brown and white work very well together. This is an awesome room and I applaud your creativity and decorative skills. Excellent work. Thanks for posting the screenshots! As always, I look forward to seeing more of your builds soon!
Thanks for dropping by @celticbard I think it just takes a lot of time and practice to create wonderful builds until you find your own style. In my case, I love putting tiny little details while thinking about the personality of the people who might use it. In this case, I thought about a foodie or a gourmet who might prefer eating in a wonderful kitchen. The color scheme I used here is an experiment; to see how I can make things in the room pop out with brown walls.
Currently, I'm creating starters that look great both in and out. My early starters looked great from the outside but had blah interiors, so I might be able to create a few new ones this coming weekend.
Thanks @StSciurus I'd love to have a kitchen like this in real life as well.
It is great that you are working on starter homes at the moment. I hope that you will enjoy creating some new starters this coming weekend. Happy simming!

Showcasing a few new builds. Here's a cheap modern starter called Modern Asian Starter Anyone can make a wonderful starter even with a very limited budget.
Each of the three new builds look very nice! Very nice starter home! The lavender flowers and plants look nice placed along the edges of the front of the home. Very nice layout of the interior of the home. The green, white and grey colour scheme of the interior looks very nice. The armchair sitting nook is nice in the bedroom and the leafy picture on the bedhead wall is nice for sims to see when laying in bed. Very nice corner tv watching and book reading nook. Sims will enjoy resting on the sofa and armchair there.
Very nice layout and furnishing of My First Flat! The various nook areas of the room look very nice! It looks very nice how you have used the window walls to separate off the sections of the flat room. Nice corner angled study desk nook for sims to enjoy sitting there using the computer or reading a book from the bookshelf.
The design and layout of the office room looks so very great! Very nice study desk table nooks in the room! The planter boxes look nice lining the edges of the middle passageway through the room. The other plants and bamboo items are nice nature and green touches in the areas of the room. The way you that you have divided off the study nooks looks very nice! The books , pencils and files are nice study office touches on the desk tops. Very nice colour scheme of both of the rooms,
The home and rooms are very nice!
Three super cool builds, @pronterus ! I am especially fond of your starter. You have succeeded in making a really interesting interior for it. I will be downloading it.
I noticed that it's been more than a year since I started uploading my builds, so I decided to create an anniversary build. I renovated my very first starter called Modern Burrow and applied everything I've learned over the year into it.
Congratulations on your anniversary of uploading your builds to the Gallery! The renovated version of Modern Burrow is very nice! Very nice roofing on the home! The windows look nice on the roof. The flowers and plants look very pretty on the edges of the home. It looks very nice how you have used the terrain paint around the plants in the front area of the home! Very nice layout and furnishing of the interior of the home! The red and green colour of the dining chairs gives a great look to the dining area. The yellow and blue colours of the bedroom walls looks nice. Very nice windows sofa and armchair sitting nook in the living room for sims to enjoy resting there watching tv or reading a book from the bookcase. It looks great how you have used the spandrels to separate off the kitchen.
The home is very nice
Congratulations on one year of uploads! The updated version of your first build is fabulous! It's also actually pretty fabulous that you have indeed created a signature style.
I love the starter homes and for reason I really love the chimneys. Some homes add fireplaces but there's no chimney, so I really like that you added that as part of the build.
