Here is CAS Part resource v37 which was updated with version 1.13.104.
Notable changes include tags being bumped from 16 bit to 32 bit. And each resource now contains the pack ID that it belongs to. The game will only show the item if the user owns the pack indicated, will add the pack icon to the item (this can be turned off via a flag) and the item will respect the pack filter for its pack.
