I mean, I know that I have to get 50 points to become member, but how do I do it? If I try to get the badges, will that be enough to get 50 points?

Hello You need to have 50 points and 30 posts before you can become a member and can then post pictures, have a signature, post links and change your profile picture.This thread explains about it.

@SimGuruDrake, The points are broken for the likes at the moment but people have been getting points whenever someone hits Insightful or awesome.
