The Black Lodge

Placed at Oak Alcove in Newcrest, The Black Lodge is a sinister place filled with demons and doppelgangers. It is the gateway to The White Lodge and all must pass through here with an innocent heart or get trapped forever. Home to, “The Man From Another Place”, “The Doppelganger of Laura Palmer,” and “Killer BOB”, they reside here and plan attacks on innocent sims. Pairs with The Black Lodge Members.

Placed at Avarice Acres in Newcrest, the Log Lady’s Log Cabin is filled with charm and mystery. Made from logs and filled with memories, her dead husband’s ashes sit on the mantle. He died in a fire years ago, on their wedding night. The Log Lady is now retired and lives with her log in the log cabin. The Log Lady

The Log Lady lives in a cabin in the woods and listens to her log. Her log knows things and has seen things. She might invite you inside for tea and cookies – no cake! And she will ask you if you can hear what her log is saying. The Log Lady lives alone with the cremated remains of her husband who died in a fire on their wedding night years ago. The Log Lady and the Log Lady's Cabin are very nice! It is great reading the creative background details that you have written about the sim and her home. It is nice the way they complement each other, and simmers can enjoy having your sim live in the home that you especially built for her. The exterior design and texture of the cabin is very nice! The type of and placement of the windows looks nice and suits the cabin theme well. Very nice outdoors areas! It looks very nice how you have placed the trees, flowers and plants through the outdoors! The plants look nice placed around the base of the trees. Sims will enjoy fishing in the pond. The log themed seating and the branches through the outdoors looks great! The rooster and the flower cart are nice touches in the build. Nice garden area for sims to enjoy growing and harvesting plants in the gardening boxes. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The wooden theme of the furnishings looks nice. It is nice that there is a wall of bookcases in the dining area. The log themed dining furniture suits the home well. Very nice design of the kitchen! It looks nice how you have placed the cabinets. The hanging pans, wall knives, lamp, fruit bowl and tea set are nice kitchen touches there for sims to see when cooking meals. Very nice master bedroom! The hearts decor on the wall is a nice touch. The family photos on the bedhead wall look homely. Very nice fireplace armchair sitting nook. The scenic picture on the fireplace wall is nice and calming for sims to see when sitting resting there warming up near the fire. It is sad though that the urn on the fireplace ledge is there as a reminder of the log lady's husband who passed away.
The home and sim are very nice! The outfits that she is wearing for each of the clothing categories looks nice.

Big Ed's Gas Farm looks great! It is very creative how you have designed it as a gas station and a home together! It reflects well a gas station! The covered porch at the front and the gas pumps, hazardous sign and barrels look great! The enlarged circle sculptures look great on the roof! It looks great how you have set up the interior of the garage. Sims will enjoy doing woodworking on the woodcrafting tables there. The lockers and crates look great in the room. The curved counter work bench looks great. Very nice home area of the build. The roof covered front porchway and the windows along the front of the home looks nice. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home. The living room is very nice! The floral wall pattern looks nice. Nice gym nook for sims to enjoy using the weights machine to keep fit. The pig, rabbit and eggs are a nice tiuch on the fireplace ledge. Sims will enjoy sitting resting there on the sofa watching tv. The bedroom wall textures look nice. The pictures on the bedhead walls are nice for sims to look at when they are laying in bed. The yellow flowers look sunny. James will enjoy playing the guitar in their bedroom.
The Hurley family are great sims! It is great reading about their background details. It is sad that James has a broken heart. It is nice that he enjoys playing the guitar.
