They're all together ooky - Imaginary Friends.
House them in a museum! When people come to see-em,
They really are a scre-um - Imaginary Friends.
So get a witch's shawl on, a broomstick you can crawl on,
We're going to make a call on Imaginary Friends.

It'll soon be All Hallows Eve (Oct 31). Strange stirrings surrounds us.

There are IFs waiting to get out of the cupboard. What creepy things might you do to them?

You don't even have to download the lot if you have your own IFs. And, if you don't have Generations, never fear... there is still more spectacularly spooky stuff...

This special creepy, kooky, spooky, ooky fun goes until Halloween (Oct 31). (Join in any, some, or all parts):
You can use any EP, SP, and store stuff if you upload to share with everyone OR cc if you just share pics.

1. Decorate a 20x30 lot (or the one downloaded from above) for All Hallows Eve. (Building not required.)
(2 Favorites win Now & Then Century Manor)

2. Make a spooky family to place on the ghoulish lot. (2 Favorites win Grim's Ghastly Manor)

3. Have maniacal fun trying to kill off your cupboard full of IFs. (2 Favorites win Gothique Library)
100 sim point Wish List items will also be gifted each week to some sharing pictures of trying to do away with IFs! Sorry, no turning them real and then killing them off!

We'll limit pictures to 5 for each part in this thread or you can make a video (complete with music, if you like). Of course, as the IF fun runs constantly with winners each week, you are allowed 5 pics each week in this thread for that part.

In addition to prizes for each category, there will a lottery for Midnight Hollow Gold x3 and ...
we'll also have weekly games, offering a 100 sim point item to each week's winner.

As with all contests, additional gifting may occur (and yes, you may gift prizes to others.)

LOL! This sounds so fun!! I had no idea you could 'kill' the Imaginary Friends! I just got Generations last week, and only had one 'friend' I turned into a real boy using the chemistry table potion.

Sooo I may have just spent quite a bit of time trying to burn a heap of those dolls, to no avail. Did manage to kill off the father, son and then the mother in the process leaving behind 2 children and heaps of demon dolls that just do not burn. LMAO.

Wowee, my first post on the new site!! Anywaze... I need to clarify a few things... Must these dolls be destroyed in doll form? I know they can be killed when made real as a regular sim... That makes it a bit too easy, but I thought I should ask. Also. Are mods allowed?

See, I have been trying all morning to kill these infernal creatures, to no avail. The only successful attempt was to have my alien simself summon a meteor to destroy the cabinet with the little buggers inside.
Again, though, that's a bit too easy and boring ;)

But this is a delightful idea and I am enjoying myself immensely >:)

@Hairballz, Did you take pics? It's all about "trying" to kill them. But "no" they don't have to be killed in "doll" form. But turning them into a "real" sim and killing them does seem waaaay tooooo easy. Let me confer with the others and see what they think. And welcome to this site. We are very happy to see you here and hope you enjoy yourself hanging out here as well as in game terrorizing the IFs. Hopefully, we can help make you a full member in no time. I am pretty sure you need about 30 posts, so get chatty!

This thread is a really fun idea! I wish I had time to do it but I have some things to work on for the exchange and for a friend. Plus I bought an ssd card that I'm a bit scared of installing lol So can't take on anymore at the time but I will be lurking and stopping in from time to time

I installed a Solid State myself, well, I say myself, but I mean Geek Squad. It's awesome. Game runs faster than it did before, and having the extra storage is awesome. I have two storage bays in my Alienware, so I can literally have two hard drives lol. You will definitely love it. I have Win10 on the SSD as well.

I was finally able to destroy them; however I had to whip up a simple override to make them burnable... So yeah, I kinda cheated. ;) However, one of my friends here learned they can be turned into gold... I haven't tried it yet, but that's a thought if all other conventional ways fail >:)
Otherwise I have not found any way to properly dispose of them without cheating :(
