[BUG]: Game launches on random display in multi-monitor setups (OS X 10.11)

Issue
When the game is launched, it seems to pick a random monitor to display the game window on. It does not seem to follow any rhyme or reason that I can tell. I have tried moving the Origin window to each monitor to see if it would respect that window, but it does not.
I have a Retina iMac (5K) centered by two Dell U2415 monitors (1920x1200) connected via Display Port. The iMac is my main display, yet the game seems to launch on an arbitrary display.
The workaround is to put the game in Windowed mode, move it to the correct display, change the resolution, then optionally make it Fullscreen again.
Steps you took for Issue to occur
Started the game multiple times, seeing which monitor it would place the game window.

Did not have a multiple monitor display on OS X 10.11 (Yosemite). Have upgraded to OS X 10.11 (El Capitan) release candidate and connected two monitors since.
