LOVE LOVE LOVE all these stairs ideas! C'mon gurus put your heads together get us some more build items and options!
I don't know about anyone else but I really want some spiral stairs or be able to have stairs with a landing.
It's so sad it's 2015 and Maxis never introduce a spiral stairs or L-shaped stairs or ladders in the base game.
Then I think again, they don't even have the toddlers and the teens in the base game.
Yeah, we don't have teens in the base game.
L-shaped are doable, they could be build in the TS2 with the use of a platform. If they introduced stackable platforms into TS4 then all most all of these stairs options would be buildable.

How about let us do the existing stairs in diagonal version as a start?!
Wonder why they made rooms and roof-types diagonal - but not the stairs.
Must be a programming engineer overslept the day they made the stairs
Ohh, and give us ladders too - like the boat thing from TS3, please
