Welcome to all Sim scolars be they human or supernatural.
If you come to stay at Dr Phil Pots dormatory you will find it has a warm and very welcoming enviroment.
The building has all you could need to further your studies and develope the career of your dreams .
Theres a mix of dorm rooms to suit all from single to multipul occupantcy and even ones without windows.
With its central position on the Campus your never be late due to trafic.
So if your one of the lucky sims to get a grant form the Dr, your soon be moving in.

What this Competition is About
This is a sim making competition that also becomes a game which I (calmorezoo) play with sims on high free will.
They will have to first take the exam and those that pass will get to go to UNI .
However Only the highest 8 will make it to Pots Hall. the rest will just help populate the campus.
when Ihave that 8 this is when the fun will really being as I will ask questions you must answer. these will be in relation to their studies and uni life. so your answer will effect them and their future.

Rules
1= The Closing Date to enter a sim is 12th September. then the game part begins. Extended to 20th due to my iternet service issues.
2= No CC of any Kind and No C.A.P .
3= Please fill in all the exchange information incluing your username in the discription.
4= please all sims you enter should be in household from.
5= Each entry must have its own post and entry form .
6= You may enter a male or female sim of every life state if you want.
7= Sims must have at least one Negative Trait.
8= No skills over level 3,but theres no limit to how many skills they have started.
9= Skills that automatically come with a sim life state, like (swimming with mermaid) will not incure penalties.
10= Each sim needs an about me story.
11= Personal Inventory items limit of 4.
12= No more than 16k of funds for each sim (can be less).
13= Sims must Not take the uni exam before uploading .this is for me to do.
14= Yes store content is allowed, so are items from any of the EPs or SPs.
15= All sims must be freshly created for this competition.
16= Your sims may have Lifetime rewards but please no more than 4.
17= Please be kind to everyone taking part in this competition.

3= fun to play
Upto 25 points for each of the following
1= getting over 65% in the uni test
2= for each exam the sim passes
3= for completing assignments
Upto 30 points for each of the following
1= for graduating
AND
an extra 10 points for graduating with honors
Deduct 5 pionts for each and or every of the following
1= extra skill levels (above 3)
2= for funds over 10k
3= extra items in the inventory (above 4)

Answer= Yes as long as the simhas at least 1neg and 1 pos Trait the rest is totally your choice.

Answer = Um, i hadnt considerd groups of sims. The linked stories is ok. but as for uploading them together it should be ok as they can still count as 2 separate sims.

I just have one question..
If there a reason why plant sims, plumbots, imaginary friends (who have turned real) and Mummies (sorry Cleo need to know) are not allowed?

I am quiet interested but not promising!
Also about negative traits , what are those? Some are clearly known like evil.. Most can be subjective. Maybe we can list it ?
