How to increase photograph skill without WA cameras?

Hi, I tried to find the solutions here but couldn't find anything related with my issue. Of course, WA is installed in my game but currently, my sim is in university world. If it's possible, I don't really want to use 'buydebug cheat' and buy a camera in buy mode. Also my sim doesn't have money enough to buy a descent camera. So I just bought a photography skill book in the uni bookstore and he is in photography skill level 3. My sim wishes to level up to 4 skill point in photography but have no idea how to do without cheat. He is studying for communication at the moment. Is it possible to raise the skill with smartphone?

I found the answer myself. I tried my smartphone and it is actually working for improving skills! I'm taking every single plant for photo collections.
