Oooh, why didn't I know you had a showcase here @Vanderetro ?! Absolutely LOVE your builds (and the same goes for your sims and poses too by the way ), in fact your Gallery is probably one of my abolute favourites. And you are right, the pictures on the Gallery hardly do your wonderful builds justice, so I'm glad you posted your screenshots here!
All the architecture in your builds is so intricate and complex, yet attractive and instantly appealing. And aaaah, the interior design, simply outstanding! Always creative, elegant and so full of wonderful detail. You have a great eye for colour and what "works" in room design and floor plans.
Totally adore your McDonalds build! It is just like I remember my local McDo to look like, back in the day. Perfect replication, and I'm glad you decided to revisit it, update it and turned into a proper working restaurant with the Dine Out Game Pack. That iconic roof, the custom art and posters and you even added a drive in, superb job!
You're very welcome @Vanderetro ! Just wondering, since your showcase here is named "US" Showcase, do you have another showcase in a different language section of the forum? My French is pretty bad, so probably won't comment there, but if you do, would love to drop by there and keep myself more up to date with all your creations.
@Corwim Thx Yes on French forum... I have a few more creations, especially because I start there. But a few one are repeated on the 2 forums ... And I do not show all my creations in showcases ... others must be discovered in game!
Oasis Modern is a very stylishly nice home! The exterior design of the home looks so very nice! Very nice design of the roofing! The layout of both the outdoors areas and interior of the home looks very nice! Very nice outdoors dining and pool patio ! Sims will enjoy swimming in the pool, and cooking meals on the BBQ to enjoy eating poolside at the umbrella covered dining tables in the outdoors air. The furnishing of the interior looks very nice! The kitchen is very stylish. The island bar stool counter looks great! It looks very nice the type and how the kitchen cabinets and counters have been placed there. Very nice light filled dining room area! Sims will enjoy looking out through the windows at the outdoors views whilst eating their meals at the dining table. The plants are nice touches of green and nature in the room areas. Very nice furnishing of the bedrooms! The marble bedhead wall in the bedroom with the yellow armchairs looks very nice! The floral picture on the bedhead wall is pretty for sims to see when laying in bed. Very nice armchairs fireplace sitting area in the room. Sims will enjoy resting there in front of the fire. It looks nice how the screen shade separates off the drawers nook.

Absolutely gorgeous modern house! I love the complex yet beautiful exterior and all the great detail you put into it! And that pool on two levels? Wow, awesome job, wouldn't even know how you did that. And fantastic job on the interiors as well! Wonderful colour combinations, each room has so many fantastic decorating ideas and that dining room, gotta love the view there!
@Vanderetro I'm a big fan of yours because of the poses you create for the gallery but I have to say that now, I'm a fan of your creations too! Oasis Modern is amazing. The design of the build is so unique and beautiful. The pool, like @Corwim said, it looks awesome...a second level? Love how you placed the two pools. Each room has a unique decoration but the one that I love the most is the kitchen and so many windows in it! The way the cabinets are placed, and the bar with the mirrors. Overall, this house its a really awesome creation, thank you for sharing!
WaSimston Capitol is so very creatively great! It is such a grand and elegant build! You have reflected the Washington architecture so very well! The design of all the outdoors areas look so very nice, and the furnishing and layout of the interior looks so very, very grand and special! Each area and level of the build is so very great!
