    Hello to Everyone and welcome to my TS4 world :)

    Wanted to share with you my creations, hope you will find some ideas here for your sims world :) For more creations please visit jolasim Gallery :)

    You're very welcome to add your comments or any advice as am just a new starter in the forums and you know that no one is perfect :)o:)

    So, let me introduce to you my first creation ( should tell you that it was with a little help of my son, showing to me building basis and yes, one more thing, should apologies for my poor English because it is not my first language) :)

    Please meet the Adams Family House :)

    It looks a bit spooky but the Adams love this outlying place ;) And as a prove please have a look at the pictures below :)

      It made me flesh creep :D I felt like in real Adam's world! It's so realistic. Even in bedroom it look like a bed with skewers or something like that! And it was one of your first homes and I can't wait till you show us your other lovely creations. I saw them all in game but see the pictures it will be a great pleasure! :)

      Hello :) It is great that you have started a showcase thread for your builds!
      The Adams Family House is very great! :) Very nice exterior design of the home! The roofing is very nice, and it looks very nice the type of and how you have placed the windows in the build. The texture of the exterior looks great. Very nice front garden patio area! The type of plants that you have placed there suits the build. Very nice front porch! It looks nice how you have used the spandrels. The dog sculptures look nice either sides of the front steps. The interior of the home is so very nice! It looks great how you have taken pictures of the Adams family sim members in their home! The furnishing of each of the rooms is so very nice! Very nice wall paneling! The design of the kitchen is very nice! Nice eat in dining table area. Very nice conservatory! It looks nice how you have purple walls there, and the planter boxes on the windows and the plants and flowers in the room look very nice! The ghost sims through the rooms of the home look great! It looks so very nice how you have placed the curtains in the rooms! The curtains on the bedhead wall in the master bedroom looks so nice! The knives on the bed head wall in the boys bedroom looks scary! It looks very nice how you have placed the floor rugs in the roomsl I won't post about all the rooms, but each of the rooms and the areas of the home are very creatively designed and furnished to suit the theme of the home! The home is great! It is very nice that you took us on a tour of the home through the pictures, and through seeing your sims living there :)

      The Adams Family House is very gorgeous manor! :smiley:
      I like your architecture, especially that spooky feel, and awesome roofing work too! Your landscaping is very adorable! Very lovely and garden out front! Very wonderful backyard area too! And your interior, beautiful! I especially like how you did with a ghost gnome. Beautiful color scheme too!
      I love it! I'm not sure if I already faved it, but if not, I'm adding this to my faves! :smiley:

      OMG! You did a great job! I can't say which part of this wonderful place I like the most. Maybe the Aqua's apartment? I love blue! But you great showed the climate of each of the elements! And they same are beautiful! I loved them for the first sight at the gallery! Beautiful work! <3

      Oh my gosh your Adam's Family is spot-on!!

      I am absolutely blown away by your Four Elements lot, it's absolutely incredible! You sure have a talent for building. Isn't the Sims 4 just so cool?? Maxis needs to feature your creation.

      Your Four Elements Residence build looks so very great! :) You have reflected each of the elements so very well! You have captured what they represent through the furnishing of each of the areas and apartments so well! The colour schemes of each them represent so well each of the elements and look so very nice! It looks very nice how you have placed a firepit in the middle of the build and then have the four different areas going off from it! The flooring to reflect the elements looks very nice! There are so many great details in each of them! The bedrooms are very nice! The way you have done the curtains and blinds in the fire and air bedrooms look very nice! The birds on the trees in the earth bedroom looks very nice! It is great that you have a tent in the earth section of the build and the camping, outdoors dining and horseshoes section is very nice! The water fountain features in the water element section are so very nice! The white flowers in the air section and the yellow flower box windows in the earth section look very pretty! The red colour scheme of the fire section looks so very firey and captures the fire element so well! The way you have used colour in each of the sections evokes the theme of the areas so very well!
      It is a very nicely designed, creative and very nicely furnished build, both the indoors and outside areas! It is very great! :)

      Four Elements Residence is absolutely awesome, fantastic creativity shown in this build! You have really captured the elements in each apartment, my favourite has got to be Air, this is so elegant and beautiful :)
