Fully functional for the basics, especially if you have a Dancer or Lazy Sim that gets special naps. The bush from Get Together provides the place to nap, woohoo, and bladder relief all in one. The cooler provides endless food and drink and a place to sit while eating. The computer provides entertainment and career opportunties. And the shower is self explanitory. I tested it and my Sim can use any of the items.

Edit/Addition: I forgot to mention that this includes the best computer and shower available and is only $15,000-something, so it makes for a starter home too.

Edit: I've been told the shower featured is part of Get To Work. You can use any shower you want. I just picked one with the best stats since I had money to spare.

You can have up to three Sims living in this home if one or more are lazy as lazy Sims can nap in chairs, including the office chair (and possibly by sitting on the cooler, I'm not sure). They won't be as terribly uncomfortable napping in the bush either. Replace the featured shower for the outdoor one in Outdoor Retreat if you have multiple Sims so that any showering Sim isn't bothered by others being around.

Not a tiny tiny house but is sold as a tiny house

Stonehearth

Stonehearth is based off a Tiny Home idea with a pool included along with a patio Grill area with space to expand if wished can be easily converted to a beach house if ever beach/vacation expansion.

@catmando830 You can look for my user name SmilinSims or type in 🐸🐸🐸🐸 Caravan and it should pop up! If you are looking on the website, you will need to make sure your "maxis match" is turned off in your advanced settings. There is no CC... but for some reason the website (not the in game option) clumps a lot of builds into CC. I'm so glad you like it! Thank you

So true @SmilinSims and thanks for the invite but I'm terrible haha, even after watching tutorials - now I just grab appealing lots from the gallery and then revel in the joys of interior design.
