Wow @VenusABatson I like the Diva type version of your tiny house. Looks kind of retro to me, almost like a trailer also. I need to make a sim to live in it :).

Aww why thank you. :) It's supposed to be a luxury travel trailer.

I like the old fashioned feel sometimes. Other times I go for a more modern look.

Every time I lurk this thread, I am just awestruck by everyone's creativity! :D
It inspires me to build tiny things.

I have added a tiny house to the gallery. It is 10,892 simoleons. The tiny house does not come with a stove, but your sim can eat from the fridge or visit the parks. There's always a cookout going on. I also did not add any art on the wall, sims can paint their own on the easel and get posters from around the different towns. Right after moving in my sim bought a small bookcase and painted her first piece of artwork. Gardening our own vegetables is next.

I'd add a stove and a smoke alarm and sprinkler system.

Does the shower work on an angle like that?

Yes! When she can afford it better. Right now she cannot even afford artwork.

@undressyourbones So cute! I like your darker take on it, too!

I actually did a tiny house (this is weird for me since I'm usually trying to figure out how to fit in as many bedrooms in a starter as possible). I followed the tiny living challenge rules for a 5x5 with no porch (at least not a functional one, anyway). Since in the tiny challenge you're not allowed to have a job, you are allowed to put crafting/creative items outside. That's how I ended up with a carport. It just didn't make sense to me to have a workbench on the patio! I didn't see a budget limit so used all of the starting money.

No sink in the bathroom--they have to use the kitchen.
