Long post We are finally back to playing with the main household in my game.
Jess knew something wasn't right with Chris, every time she would ask him about it he would deny her and say everything was fine. She went on and believed him. One night they were having a romantic night and Chris goes to give her neck kisses the way she loves it...
What was pleasant and fun turned horribly wrong! "Chris what are doing?! That hurts!" He started to really bite her! He lost complete control! Jess then went into a dazed state, not knowing what was going on anymore.
Once it was over, Chris ran, he didn't know what to do! He was scared of himself and what he had become. What he also didn't realize, his bite was more powerful than he knew. Jess came to and started to feel funny..Thirsty.
The next day Chris knew he had to talk to Jess once and for all. Maybe if she knew she could help him, she had always been there for him no matter what.
"Hey, love, can we talk?" He told her everything! His addiction to her, how he loses control, and mostly how he was sorry.
Jess gave him a look he had never seen on her face before, he got scared. She almost had tears in her eyes. "CHRISTOPHER HEMSWORTH, I can't believe I believed you, I trusted you!" She called him every name in the book.
Jess got up and ran upstairs leaving Chris to his thoughts and hurt heart. Later that night he found her in the kitchen. He tried to reason with her and tell he still loved her and was more than sorry. She didn't want to hear any of it.
Chris had had it, he tried everything and was tired of hearing Jess say the things she did to him.
He spent the next week sleeping on the couch. He would have slept in his coffin but he was getting tired of being a vampire. He wished he was normal.
Jess's odd feelings got worse and she knew what was going on, one of the reasons she was even more upset with Chris. "I can't believe this is happening to me." "I'm gonna become a monster."
The tension between them grew, the boys even started to pick up on it. "I hope mom and dad don't get a divorce." said Kevin "Me either," said Jed
The anger Chris had towards Jess began to fade. He really missed her, He wanted things to go back to the way they use to be. "Oh, maker what have I done?"
One night he ran into Jess in the kitchen. They just stood in silence.
He smiled at Jess.
"I miss you." He said. "Truth be told, I miss you too." Said Jess. They started talking about things, she even told him about what was happening to her. He almost went to his knees. He was speechless, he felt horrible. "But it's ok." Jess steadied him. She had come to terms with it and excepted fate.
They both fell into each other's arms.
"I love you, Chris, we've been through too much together to just through our love away." "I will help you fight this thing with you." Hearing her say that made Chris feel reborn. He felt like he could make a change for the better.
@LosaruTaiyo Congratulations on the new baby! It's pure of Malinda to be so emotional over her new sibling, she'll grow into it. I hope everyone settles in and no hassles are made.

Lilith: "Oh really? I'll need one too later on tonight, what is it pal?" Demitri: "I kind of well.. want to get rid of my mortality.." he said in a hopeful way.
Lilith: "I have to deep-think about that, are you actually sure about this? We haven't found a cure yet either" Lilith repeated the last part to assure Demitri that what he is asking for is a legit question and not just bugging.
Demitri: "I could show you that I am able to take on what is given to me, it's for my benefit. Turn me" with no doubt in his voice, Lilith thought it over through the night.
After day 2 of living in the new neighborhood, Demitri thought it would be best to adopt a path for his jogging close to home.
"Another day, another hard-worker portrayed" Demitri thought to himself.
It's his first day at the Gilette Hospital here in Willow Creek, it's small but gets the work done.
Demitri: "Hey doc!" he said enthusiastically.
Doc: "Hey Demitri!"
Doc: "Heres the bedrest dorm for patients on severe medical injuries, any questions?" Demitri: "Not at all, let's just hope no lights cut off :-))"
Exhausting day and just now submitting clincal appointments for tomorrow. He hasn't became uncomfortable at all with this career so i'm happy that the medical career is within his interest. He might work on his guitar skill for better performing in the cities. we'll see ((-;

The humor and hijinks festival came so I sent her and this amused me so much as in my story Wolfgang is so different...look at him copping a 'tude because of my pics.
So when her team won I had her start a mural with them I realize there are some things I still haven't played with, don't think she should be by the fumes while pregnant. In fact I blame the fumes for her wanting to hang out with Mila the following night after joking with her all night to win.
I figured enough people wouldn't be there so I invited who she knew, love it.

A good nights rest and a thought provoking conversation via text last night.
I guess the news of Demitri's transformation made its way throughout forgotten hollow, Vlad sent him an encyclopedia on Vampirism. Let's read up!!
The morning awakening:
It scrambled through his thoughts that he is heading towards a metamorphic experience. Strange to most, but Demitri felt no fright in him- he was more excited than suspicious. His suspense darkened a while after the read up, he needed to vent it out.
Doc suggested frog collecting would ease his mind into a better trance of stability.
The frog collecting has done minimal repair to his scrambled mind.

I find it hilarious that Caleb came by to drink from Demitri, but I obviously wanted Lilith to do all the work so I had to lock the doors and place garlic to hinder him
While jogging back home.. he glimpsed at someone who looked familiar...
And so has she...
Doc: " and wow haha.. you're actually collecting the frogs."
Demitri: " I take your advice seriously, couldn't let you down." in such a romantic voice.
Doc: " You wouldn't have either way, well.. it was plenty talking to you, enjoy the afternoon.." she said in a irresistable way.
Demitri: " Definitely will doc."
Later on that night Demitri dived into the encyclopedia again.
Then the sudden noise came to a complete noise of nothing...
He looks around, only to see a shadow under the slit of the door..
He then walks out... and there he sees..
LILITH !!
She immediately starts the transformation without NO warning at all.
Lilith: " Drink from me.. you need my serotine glands for blood taste."
Demitri: " Let's not speak about you just attacking me.. now wanting me to drink from your wrist? fine." he laughs off.
Lilith was satisfied herself for new offspring and Demitri himself was satisfied with the immortal gain.

I'm still doing some write ups for my main family since I finally got the screenshots I wanted. But with the patch today, I made a test save to check the damage on mods, and I did something kinda terrible to test a fire starting mod.
I murdered let my new sim's parents die in a fire.

Well, well, well, my current save has taken an interesting turn...
A chance encounter at the Romance Festival created a bit of a romantic flirtation between my single Sim Cassidy Purdue and the married Gunther Munch:
While swimming at the pool in Windenburg, Cassidy got a call from Gunther to meet him for dinner at the Diving Pelican nearby on the docks.

Now, a bit of background on Gunther's marital situation; he's married to Summer (nee Holiday) and step-father to her twin boys Emory and Cameron. I decided to go into the Munch household to check the lineages.
Turns out that the father of Summer's twins is Gavin Richards, formerly of the Roomies household...
...and Gavin is also the father of townie Saya Suzuki's daughter Katelynn...
...and Miko Ojo's triplets Reuben, Marina and Ryland...
...and Penny Pizzazz's son Herman...
...and has a daughter, Destiny, with Ulrike Faust who he finally married.
MC Command Center has been working that dude overtime.
Haven't yet decided if I'm going to have Cassidy ask Gunther to leave Summer and the boys, or if they'll just keep their relationship on the down low for now. Well, so much for the adoption route...

As Gia finished cooking the veggie casserole, she called the twins from the living room to the kitchen for dinner.
Santi, ever hungry tyke, wobbled through the doorway as quickly as his little legs could carry him. But, Malaika didn’t follow. Gia called out for her again. No response.
“What is your sister up to,” Gia queried aloud as she walked past Santi to the door.
Gia found Malaika in the living room, playing with dolls and completely oblivious to her brother’s leaving or her mother’s arrival.
“Malaika, sweetheart,” Gia called, in a moderate tone. The tot continued to play.
Gia bent down and gently touched Malaika’s shoulder. The babe startled, but smiled and reached out to be held when she saw her mother’s face. Gia picked her daughter up and sighed, “I think it’s getting worse, kiddo. Good thing we’re seeing that specialist tomorrow, huh?”

At the clinic, Dr. Huff cheerfully greeted Gia and Malaika before taking the usual stats; weight, height, BP, etc; and noting them in the charting system. She clicked through a few pages, familiarizing herself with the little patient’s history, then, once again, addressed the patiently waiting Gia. “Alright, what brings you and the little one in today?”
Gia explained, “Her father and I have been concerned about Malaika’s hearing for while now. The twins both got Llama Flu when they were 8 months old, but her fever was much worse than Santi’s. Later, around 12 months, he started babbling then talking, y’know? Saying, ‘Mama’, ‘Daddy’, ‘juice’, ‘car’. Malaika didn’t. She continues to cry for us and what she needs instead of using any words. She, also, doesn’t respond when we call out for her, and the range she can hear us is getting shorter.”
Dr. Huff nodded, taking in the information. “Ok, Mom. Based on her chart and the test given before your referral, I’m going to recommend another hearing test. That’s going to give us an audiogram so we can figure out the type, range, and extent of Malaika’s hearing loss. So, little one, shall we?” Dr. Huff reached to take Malaika to the testing room. Malaika recoiled.
Doubting her daughter could hear or understand her, Gia still tried her best to sooth Malaika, turning her head to look her in the eyes and gently rubbing her back, she said, “You won’t be gone long. It’s gonna be ok. Momma will be right here.” Malaika stared at Gia and, surprisingly, her face began to relax; she stood upright. Dr. Huff reached for her again, this time Malaika allowed herself to be picked up.
“We’ll be right back, Mom,” Dr. Huff smiled as they left the exam room.
They weren’t gone very long, a slow morning at the clinic. Dr. Huff returned with a more measured cheerfulness than before and relayed the test results, “We’re looking at bilateral, sensorineural hearing loss with a threshold of about 90-95 dB in each ear, the volume of a lawnmower is where she begins to respond to noise. So, this isn’t total hearing loss, but it is profound. You'll want to consider how she’ll learn to communicate; though, it seems she may have already started. She calmed right down when she looked at you earlier, even though she couldn’t understand you; a good sign of reading non-verbal cues at her age. That’s a start, but she will need more going forward. You might consider SSL classes. There are many options from here, including some that may restore minimal hearing, but Simlish Sign Language will be useful to know and the earlier she starts the better.”
Gia quietly contemplated Dr. Huff’s diagnosis. She thought about the times she and Stelio had given Malaika time outs for throwing tantrums or not obeying when, really, their baby just didn’t understand them most of the time. For that, she was heartbroken; but, in the wake of the news, she was also relieved. Now that they knew, now that they understood what was happening, they could be better parents, help their daughter navigate the hearing world, and connect her with the Deaf community so she could have people to relate to.
“Thank you for your help, Dr. Huff. We’re gonna go home a start making a plan.” Gia smiled as they left Dr. Huff’s office, knowing these were the first steps of her daughter’s new life.
@ZhaguiSimmer ah I love having him, sometimes I think I get my sims pregnant just to see what mix of features I get though I'm not about to delete my cute little experiments...lol. You're right that's a darn good gorgeous man combo heh. Isaiah will have lots of responsibilities...his mother isn't very responsible at all ha.
I like Demetri with the Doc I wonder if anything will happen there aside from a little flirting. @LunaNova the colors make me happy lol, aw Bone and Marrow are so cute...not something I thought I'd get to say heh, Rythian is very cute too. @itsmegamo that's really sad, always got to have a random test save though.
The pose looks good and I like the story it's sad about little Malaika's hearing, it's like a little family time drama love it can't wait to see more and Santi is too cute. Reminds me of real life toddlers when they don't need baby food anymore anything you give them is immediately the best thing ever..okay sometimes anyways. @stilljustme2 wow I never saw Gavin as more of a Don Lothario...than Don Lothario for shame, I remember using that mod but I don't think I set it up right Gavin also had several kids there I took it out after my aging sim who was raising his triplets with his wife cheated with two different women...though he was the only one out of my played sims that strayed which was interesting.
Then this before pic it's like her mother knew he was no good..heh mother knows best I suppose.

@OhMyHemsworth Hey, being a vampire isn't all that bad. Although I guess would depend on the sim. Sakura for example would turn back in a heartbeat if he could. Glad they got things resolved.
@ZhaguiSimmer Willfully becoming a vampire is definitely something that has to be thought out. Glad it worked out for Demetri.

@itsmegamo It's always the grilled cheese. That's what Claire was making before the stove got sacrificed to the cheese gods. Also poor muffin. My cousin was actually like that when he was a tot and they realized it was a hearing problem. Luckily nowadays you can get really cool hearing aids. My lil cousin had other issues as well, but he can definitely hear just fine now.
@stilljustme2 You've heard that saying about the town bicycle? I think that's what MCCommand did with Gavin. Question I guess I'd have is would you be breaking up Gunther from Summer. o.o

After calming down Malinda and the tot gone to play, Brody took up Luna to feed her before he went to start on the cake.

"And now that you are a kid, you have your first big decision," announced Brody.

"What are you gonna be wearing for your first day of school?"
So yeah, we went to change Malinda's clothes. Through random dice rolls, she kept the hair and won't be in disguise, like her sister. She also turned out to become a vegan. Guess downing all that food made her picky now.

I think i'm going to play him and find him a love till parenthood comes out and have him start his own family! I love your alien bubs. Supernatural babys for the win!
@LunaNova If Pocky was anything like Brody, he definitely would find it draining. In Brody's case, he also loves his kids but hates their SPT#3s. Not all abductions are friendly.
@AshtontoAshton22 Malinda turned out to be a vegetarian. Not sure if it is a medical case but I'm thinking more along the lines of a life choice/doesn't like some flavors.

Awww, that's a cute one! Hope Brody doesn't mind skipping the meats other than when eating out, at least till Malinda gets old enough to make her own salads.
I'll probably play a little bit more on this save (I'd like to get Aicha pregnant so the cousins can grow up together), then I'll concentrate on building and Sim makeovers till Tuesday; I can always alter outfits post-patch especially on the kids. Also need to double check households to see if any need to be shifted with all the recent weddings. With all the multiple births, we need bunk beds more than ever!

So far with Demitri i'm still trying to figure out what i'd like to do with him and his legacy.
Although I would still like to use all the game/stuff/expansion packs objects that I've not used at all or atleast use more frequently. Can't wait for the new gamepack also
@LosaruTaiyo little doodlebug grew into a cute big doodlebug..lol, some of the faces they make at just the right time though hah. @ZhaguiSimmer I am definitely getting it though I want it even more after the livestream, I don't know I'm going to have a mix of parents and my Iya adores her son but sometimes adoring a child and doing the best you can doesn't always lead to learning to make it better mmhmm.
Now my only issue is that I keep playing with families when I said I'd wait, opened my selfsim house and they're waiting for baby 4, it amused me so much letting the hubs take the eldest out for some father daughter swiping lol.

I'm thinking some of the items are going to get a lot more use with this pack. I took out the swimming pool in the house that I'd downloaded for Ollie and his family, and put in the waterslide instead along with monkey bars so the kids will have plenty of ways to build Motor skill without having to go to the park all the time. Also have an idea for some of my remodels I'll put the teen bedroom in the basement especially if there are a lot of younger kids; I can make it look "edgy" with the brick wall surfaces and maybe use some of the graffiti decals from GT, and hopefully we get some cool posters (Ollie picked up a few of the free posters in San Myshuno; I could send my teens to find more). I just put in a new house for Gunther, Summer and the boys that'll be a little better for them since I'm adding them to my rotational play (so Gunther can interact with Cassidy and their son); I figure that he won SimLotto and built the new house. Still unsure if I'll have him leave Summer; I figure if I play the family I'll get a better feel for it, and I can have Gunther leave and not make Cassidy Summer's enemy.

@stilljustme2 I agree, the new furniture and clutter items are my biggest want from the pack aside from packing the kids lunches.
I love the idea about placing the teen in the basement, haha one my brothers went through that phase. When you're all set up, PLEASE post pictures of the bedroom i'm eagar to see rooms now!!
@RedDestiny92 I've honestly thought the same in a real life stance, nurturing can be influential to a child but doesn't upbring them differently.
I can't stop myself from opening my save that I said I won't until the gamepack 4 babies... all i can think about is the toddler stage, christ... It's like the nightmare Shrek had when he found out Fiona was having triplets!
@ZhaguiSimmer I've got a preliminary with current content on the Gallery under my justme22 Origin account -- I used the graffiti from GT and some CL stuff (I also used a few of the "holes" from the Vampire pack). I've got my save on hold now that both Cassidy and Aicha are pregnant (took care of the latter this morning), so I've been spending some time with my klepto vampire though I'm using a couple of mods with that one that can't be discussed here so that story's not for publication. I thought of the basement bedroom idea after seeing a couple of remodels on HGTV where they put the teen's bedroom in the basement because she was always fighting with her brother when they had rooms next to each other.

With Malinda now aged up, there is one more in the household waiting to age up as well. Although Malinda, now older, was starting to question her own existence.
Since we now have a child in the house and a toddler on the way, thought it was about time that Malinda had her own room upstairs.
We also added a garlic wreath to the house. Because while there hasn't been attacks, getting tired of freedloading vampires on my front porch!
Malinda ended up waking up from a nightmare.
Unable to sleep, Malinda went downstairs to check on Luna.
"Hi Luna, I'm your big sister, Malinda! I know we don't look alike..."
Malinda turned her head away in thought.
"Wow, we really don't do we. Mom isn't even my mom, right? Sis explained how it all worked..."
She shook her head.
"Like...Should I even be here then? Should I be with 'mom'? Where do I belong?"
"You belong right here," said Opera as she entered the room, surprising Malinda.
"Oh! Umm...you heard all that?" said Malinda.
Opera gave a kind nod.
Opera then became concerned.
"Why would you ever think you didn't belong here?"
"Well...I mean I'm not like you, Mom," explained Malinda. "I asked sis about it and she said our moms are SPT#3s. Her 'mom' isn't even my 'mom'. So...shouldn't I be with her instead?"
"Malinda, I know this may not be the best time to explain this, but no. You shouldn't. Your mother she...she wasn't kind. Neither was your sister's. That isn't the case with all SPT#3s but in this case, they...they weren't kind to your father. They even called your sister a failure, according to your dad. You deserve to be in a family that loves you and doesn't just want you just to extend a family line."
"Wait so...Dad didn't want me?" Malinda said, Opera trying to ease her concerns.
"You weren't expected. But believe me, your father wanted you once everything happened. He just didn't want you to end up with a woman that wanted to hurt others."
"They hurt Dad?"
"Yes. You're too young to know exactly what happened, but yes. He was hurt. But you weren't the one to hurt him. Do you understand?"
"I think I do," said Malinda. "You and Dad want me to be safe and love me no matter what."
"Yes. And you are fine just the way you are," said Opera.
"It's just...all hard to take in though," added Malinda.
"I know. I'd say let's just put it aside for now when we aren't as tired. Your father and I can talk with you more later on."
"Can we forget about it with cake then?" begged Malinda. "I know there's still some left from my age-up!"
"Well...I don't see why not. Just for tonight though."
"Yes!"
As they slipped into the kitchen, the two found Brody awake and sneaking in a slice of cake.
"Don't eat it all on us, love," said Opera.
"Oh! Hey babe! Wasn't expecting you and Malinda awake."
"Yes, well, it is her cake so she probably deserves a piece, correct?"
"Everything okay?" asked Brody out of earshot of Malinda.
"Just the usual otherworldly woes. Don't worry," said Opera. "A bit of love and cake can help all that."

It was late morning when Gia and Stelio descended the stairs, twins in arms. They’d spent the morning preparing the pair for an important event, finally meeting their grandfather… who doesn’t know they exist. Though Stelio'd kept a confident front the entire week leading up to the day, his doubts resurfaced the morning of the outing.
The couple spoke as they entered the living room.
“Stelio, you said he was the one who reached out to you, and that he’s been keeping steady contact,” Gia offered reassuringly, “Besides, it’s thirty minutes til your meeting time, he lives in San Myshuno, he’s probably already on the way to Oasis Springs. Are you gonna cancel?”
“Well, no, and I know…,” Stelio sighed, “It’s just that I was their age when he left, and I remember. So, what if he does it again? He leaves them, and it’s my fault.”
“That’s not on you, babe,” Gia countered, when another voice joined the exchange…
“If you want my opinion,” Andromeda interjected from the kitchen doorway, “and it may surprise you, your father has done a lot of growing up these last few years. He can still be selfish, don’t expect him to miss a Llamas’ home game for anything, but he’s trying. The nerves are understandable, but part of you wanted to give him a chance. So, don’t deny yourself, give him a chance. If he gets flakey, you can be the one to pull back. Now, come in the kitchen before you go, I have a tonic that’ll set you just right. Fortify ya.”
“Ah, but Mooooom, they taste so awful,” winced Stelio.
“Don’t dawdle, son. And, don’t deny the power of Fireleaf!” Andi chuckled as she turned on her heel into the kitchen.

The crew arrived at the park 15 minutes early, so Stelio ushered the kiddies to the playground to pass the time.
They were in the middle of an intense game of “Space Monster” when Stelio suddenly heard a familiar voice from behind.
“Hey, son, thought that was you,” his old-man said gruffly; a little too much time on the bubble blower, though it didn’t show as much in his face. Dewayne was a silver fox, as they say. “But, uh, who’re the kids?” he grinned.
“Ah, see, well, they… they’re… they’re your grandkids,” Stelio bumbled sheepishly,…
“This is Malaika, and that’s Santi.”
Dewayne looked at the children playing in the spaceship cockpit. He especially noticed their pointed ears; just like Stelios’, just like his. “Uh huh,” he grunted, pensively. He cleared his throat, then continued, “Well, uh, you wanna bring ‘em over here so we can properly meet?” Seems to be taking it well, Stelio thought as he lifted the twins from the jungle gym, and lead them over to where Dewayne then stood.
Stelio set Santi down, Malaika hesitated, and made introductions, “Santi, Malaika, this is your… well, what do you want them to call you?”
“I don’t know,” Dewayne replied, “I suppose I always liked Pop-Pop.”
“Oh no, that’s Gia’s dad. Anything else?”
“Hm… How about Papa?”
“Word, I like it. Santi, Malaika, this is your Papa. He’s my Dad, and your grandad.”
“Hey, kids. It’s so great to meet you”, Dewayne smiled.
Santi clapped excitedly and sang, “Papa, Papa, Papapapa.”
Malaika turned her gaze from Dewayne and looked expectantly at Stelio.
“Right. She’s not sure what I've just said. See, we recently found out she’s deaf. When she lets me set her down, I’ll try to sign everything to her.”
“Oh, sign language?,” asked Dewayne, “I picked up a little when I did some upgrades to the computer labs at Newcrest School for the Deaf.” He threw Malaika a sign he thought she might recognize; and one he meant, even after only knowing her a few minutes: “I love you.”
Dewayne continued, “In fact, I still have an in with the Superintendent there, maybe I can drop her a line about letting little Malaika here into the preschool.”
“Really, Dewayne? That would be great! Thank you.”
“Yeah, of course. I wanna do anything for my… my grandchildren,” Dewayne still couldn’t believe he was saying those words… together. “I just… I wonder why you didn’t tell me about them until now.”
Stelio knew the question would come, but he still hadn’t known what he would say until he said it. And it didn’t burst out of him like he feared it might. Instead, he felt his anger at their past like a slow, steady, manageable burn in his belly; like Fireleaf. Mom really did know her stuff. Stelio took a deep breath and calmly proceeded, “Dewayne, Dad, I’m glad we’ve reconnected these last few years, but it hasn’t been easy for us, for DeAndre or myself. They weren’t born yet, but I remember. I remember you and Mom fighting, and you leaving. And I remember Mom crying, just crying and crying because you hurt her. But she healed, and loved again, and we are healing. We’ve still got to work our stuff out. I have my fears about you but, I want you to be a part of my children's, your grandchildren's, lives.”
Dewayne nodded, taking in his son’s words. After a pause he sighed, “I understand, Stelio. Well, I can’t change the past. I am sorry I wasn’t there when you were little. And, I’m sorry I hurt your mom, there is no excuse for what I did. But, I thank you for letting me come back into your life, your lives, even though you didn’t have to. I promise, I’m gonna do right by these two. You’ll see, son.”
Dewayne choked back tears as he looked down at his grandchildren playing at his feet. Then he grinned and bellowed excitedly, “Alright, who wants a piggyback ride from Papa?!”
@ZhaguiSimmer yeah as it stands you can't blame or praise a parent for everything, doesn't always mean they're bad or just not as good it's situational. Iya means well that's better than nothing I just don't think she as a sim would go far as a parent but you know even sims can surprise you. I know, I mean this save is not so bad but I want my story sims to have a kid, then there is the Howard's family I was posting that I really want to use the pack for and I am so tempted to play with them anyways. I realized aging was off since I decide my own aging path it's been off for a while. Mmhmm need more babies actually now that culling is much better I look forward to the first born moving out for more kids, lol love Shrek, it was sweet seeing him warm up to them though @LosaruTaiyo aw poor thing it's a hard feeling to pass as a child, well as anyone, she's lucky to have her family. @NShippudenFan cute family, oh toddlers on the stairs always get to me, reminds me of my niece no sweetie the steps are too big for you but does that stop her, nope lol. @itsmegamo ah sweet seeing him with his dad making an effort, they are an adorable family I see why you're into their story

Now back to what I was sharing ha. Victor doesn't mind the show of affection but it's so rare sometimes he wonders what triggers it, they certainly don't have a normal relationship normal in the other partner has no issue showing what makes their opposite happy. Now that he's getting older it matters a lot more than it used to part of why he strayed.

Victor thinks of what his son could inherit, he knew there was a part of him that still loved Lily that's why he wanted a child with her...however that didn't mean his pride would let him be a deadbeat Izaiah(see I misspelled his name last time I posted, I used a z just cause hah) was his son and he would raise him as he should.
Before getting ready to go out with them Lily comes and her small smile fades immediately.

"Work out clothes you've seen this before."
"Yes and that's the problem."

We are finally back to playing with the main household in my game.
Jess knew something wasn't right with Chris, every time she would ask him about it he would deny her and say everything was fine. She went on and believed him. One night they were having a romantic night and Chris goes to give her neck kisses the way she loves it...
What was pleasant and fun turned horribly wrong! "Chris what are doing?! That hurts!" He started to really bite her! He lost complete control! Jess then went into a dazed state, not knowing what was going on anymore.
Once it was over, Chris ran, he didn't know what to do! He was scared of himself and what he had become. What he also didn't realize, his bite was more powerful than he knew. Jess came to and started to feel funny..Thirsty.
The next day Chris knew he had to talk to Jess once and for all. Maybe if she knew she could help him, she had always been there for him no matter what.
"Hey, love, can we talk?" He told her everything! His addiction to her, how he loses control, and mostly how he was sorry.
Jess gave him a look he had never seen on her face before, he got scared. She almost had tears in her eyes. "CHRISTOPHER HEMSWORTH, I can't believe I believed you, I trusted you!" She called him every name in the book.
Jess got up and ran upstairs leaving Chris to his thoughts and hurt heart. Later that night he found her in the kitchen. He tried to reason with her and tell he still loved her and was more than sorry. She didn't want to hear any of it.
Chris had had it, he tried everything and was tired of hearing Jess say the things she did to him.
He spent the next week sleeping on the couch. He would have slept in his coffin but he was getting tired of being a vampire. He wished he was normal.
Jess's odd feelings got worse and she knew what was going on, one of the reasons she was even more upset with Chris. "I can't believe this is happening to me." "I'm gonna become a monster."
The tension between them grew, the boys even started to pick up on it. "I hope mom and dad don't get a divorce." said Kevin "Me either," said Jed
The anger Chris had towards Jess began to fade. He really missed her, He wanted things to go back to the way they use to be. "Oh, maker what have I done?"
One night he ran into Jess in the kitchen. They just stood in silence.
He smiled at Jess.
"I miss you." He said. "Truth be told, I miss you too." Said Jess. They started talking about things, she even told him about what was happening to her. He almost went to his knees. He was speechless, he felt horrible. "But it's ok." Jess steadied him. She had come to terms with it and excepted fate.
They both fell into each other's arms.
"I love you, Chris, we've been through too much together to just through our love away." "I will help you fight this thing with you." Hearing her say that made Chris feel reborn. He felt like he could make a change for the better.

Demitri: "I could show you that I am able to take on what is given to me, it's for my benefit. Turn me" with no doubt in his voice, Lilith thought it over through the night.
"Another day, another hard-worker portrayed" Demitri thought to himself.
It's his first day at the Gilette Hospital here in Willow Creek, it's small but gets the work done.
Demitri: "Hey doc!" he said enthusiastically.

Doc: "Heres the bedrest dorm for patients on severe medical injuries, any questions?"

Exhausting day and just now submitting clincal appointments for tomorrow. He hasn't became uncomfortable at all with this career so i'm happy that the medical career is within his interest. He might work on his guitar skill for better performing in the cities. we'll see ((-;

A good nights rest and a thought provoking conversation via text last night.

The morning awakening:
It scrambled through his thoughts that he is heading towards a metamorphic experience. Strange to most, but Demitri felt no fright in him- he was more excited than suspicious. His suspense darkened a while after the read up, he needed to vent it out.
Doc suggested frog collecting would ease his mind into a better trance of stability.
The frog collecting has done minimal repair to his scrambled mind.

I find it hilarious that Caleb came by to drink from Demitri, but I obviously wanted Lilith to do all the work so I had to lock the doors and place garlic to hinder him
While jogging back home.. he glimpsed at someone who looked familiar...
And so has she...
Doc: " and wow haha.. you're actually collecting the frogs."
Demitri: " I take your advice seriously, couldn't let you down." in such a romantic voice.
Doc: " You wouldn't have either way, well.. it was plenty talking to you, enjoy the afternoon.." she said in a irresistable way.
Demitri: " Definitely will doc."
Later on that night Demitri dived into the encyclopedia again.
Then the sudden noise came to a complete noise of nothing...
He looks around, only to see a shadow under the slit of the door..
He then walks out... and there he sees..
LILITH !!
She immediately starts the transformation without NO warning at all.
Lilith: " Drink from me.. you need my serotine glands for blood taste."
Demitri: " Let's not speak about you just attacking me.. now wanting me to drink from your wrist? fine." he laughs off.
Lilith was satisfied herself for new offspring and Demitri himself was satisfied with the immortal gain.

A chance encounter at the Romance Festival created a bit of a romantic flirtation between my single Sim Cassidy Purdue and the married Gunther Munch:

As Gia finished cooking the veggie casserole, she called the twins from the living room to the kitchen for dinner.
Santi, ever hungry tyke, wobbled through the doorway as quickly as his little legs could carry him. But, Malaika didn’t follow. Gia called out for her again. No response.
“What is your sister up to,” Gia queried aloud as she walked past Santi to the door.
Gia found Malaika in the living room, playing with dolls and completely oblivious to her brother’s leaving or her mother’s arrival.
“Malaika, sweetheart,” Gia called, in a moderate tone. The tot continued to play.
Gia bent down and gently touched Malaika’s shoulder. The babe startled, but smiled and reached out to be held when she saw her mother’s face. Gia picked her daughter up and sighed, “I think it’s getting worse, kiddo. Good thing we’re seeing that specialist tomorrow, huh?”

At the clinic, Dr. Huff cheerfully greeted Gia and Malaika before taking the usual stats; weight, height, BP, etc; and noting them in the charting system. She clicked through a few pages, familiarizing herself with the little patient’s history, then, once again, addressed the patiently waiting Gia. “Alright, what brings you and the little one in today?”
Gia explained, “Her father and I have been concerned about Malaika’s hearing for while now. The twins both got Llama Flu when they were 8 months old, but her fever was much worse than Santi’s. Later, around 12 months, he started babbling then talking, y’know? Saying, ‘Mama’, ‘Daddy’, ‘juice’, ‘car’. Malaika didn’t. She continues to cry for us and what she needs instead of using any words. She, also, doesn’t respond when we call out for her, and the range she can hear us is getting shorter.”
Dr. Huff nodded, taking in the information. “Ok, Mom. Based on her chart and the test given before your referral, I’m going to recommend another hearing test. That’s going to give us an audiogram so we can figure out the type, range, and extent of Malaika’s hearing loss. So, little one, shall we?” Dr. Huff reached to take Malaika to the testing room. Malaika recoiled.
Doubting her daughter could hear or understand her, Gia still tried her best to sooth Malaika, turning her head to look her in the eyes and gently rubbing her back, she said, “You won’t be gone long. It’s gonna be ok. Momma will be right here.” Malaika stared at Gia and, surprisingly, her face began to relax; she stood upright. Dr. Huff reached for her again, this time Malaika allowed herself to be picked up.
“We’ll be right back, Mom,” Dr. Huff smiled as they left the exam room.
They weren’t gone very long, a slow morning at the clinic. Dr. Huff returned with a more measured cheerfulness than before and relayed the test results, “We’re looking at bilateral, sensorineural hearing loss with a threshold of about 90-95 dB in each ear, the volume of a lawnmower is where she begins to respond to noise. So, this isn’t total hearing loss, but it is profound. You'll want to consider how she’ll learn to communicate; though, it seems she may have already started. She calmed right down when she looked at you earlier, even though she couldn’t understand you; a good sign of reading non-verbal cues at her age. That’s a start, but she will need more going forward. You might consider SSL classes. There are many options from here, including some that may restore minimal hearing, but Simlish Sign Language will be useful to know and the earlier she starts the better.”
Gia quietly contemplated Dr. Huff’s diagnosis. She thought about the times she and Stelio had given Malaika time outs for throwing tantrums or not obeying when, really, their baby just didn’t understand them most of the time. For that, she was heartbroken; but, in the wake of the news, she was also relieved. Now that they knew, now that they understood what was happening, they could be better parents, help their daughter navigate the hearing world, and connect her with the Deaf community so she could have people to relate to.
“Thank you for your help, Dr. Huff. We’re gonna go home a start making a plan.” Gia smiled as they left Dr. Huff’s office, knowing these were the first steps of her daughter’s new life.

@stilljustme2 wow I never saw Gavin as more of a Don Lothario...than Don Lothario for shame, I remember using that mod but I don't think I set it up right Gavin also had several kids there I took it out after my aging sim who was raising his triplets with his wife cheated with two different women...though he was the only one out of my played sims that strayed which was interesting.

@itsmegamo It's always the grilled cheese. That's what Claire was making before the stove got sacrificed to the cheese gods. Also poor muffin. My cousin was actually like that when he was a tot and they realized it was a hearing problem. Luckily nowadays you can get really cool hearing aids. My lil cousin had other issues as well, but he can definitely hear just fine now.

After calming down Malinda and the tot gone to play, Brody took up Luna to feed her before he went to start on the cake.

So yeah, we went to change Malinda's clothes. Through random dice rolls, she kept the hair and won't be in disguise, like her sister. She also turned out to become a vegan. Guess downing all that food made her picky now.

I'll probably play a little bit more on this save (I'd like to get Aicha pregnant so the cousins can grow up together), then I'll concentrate on building and Sim makeovers till Tuesday; I can always alter outfits post-patch especially on the kids. Also need to double check households to see if any need to be shifted with all the recent weddings. With all the multiple births, we need bunk beds more than ever!

I take a lot of inspiration from this thread that has potential to boost my gameplay and storylines. lately i've been out of tune with the Sims 4 :-((
So far with Demitri i'm still trying to figure out what i'd like to do with him and his legacy.
Although I would still like to use all the game/stuff/expansion packs objects that I've not used at all or atleast use more frequently. Can't wait for the new gamepack also

@ZhaguiSimmer I am definitely getting it though I want it even more after the livestream, I don't know I'm going to have a mix of parents and my Iya adores her son but sometimes adoring a child and doing the best you can doesn't always lead to learning to make it better mmhmm.
Now my only issue is that I keep playing with families when I said I'd wait, opened my selfsim house and they're waiting for baby 4, it amused me so much letting the hubs take the eldest out for some father daughter swiping lol.

I'm thinking some of the items are going to get a lot more use with this pack. I took out the swimming pool in the house that I'd downloaded for Ollie and his family, and put in the waterslide instead along with monkey bars so the kids will have plenty of ways to build Motor skill without having to go to the park all the time. Also have an idea for some of my remodels I'll put the teen bedroom in the basement especially if there are a lot of younger kids; I can make it look "edgy" with the brick wall surfaces and maybe use some of the graffiti decals from GT, and hopefully we get some cool posters (Ollie picked up a few of the free posters in San Myshuno; I could send my teens to find more). I just put in a new house for Gunther, Summer and the boys that'll be a little better for them since I'm adding them to my rotational play (so Gunther can interact with Cassidy and their son); I figure that he won SimLotto and built the new house. Still unsure if I'll have him leave Summer; I figure if I play the family I'll get a better feel for it, and I can have Gunther leave and not make Cassidy Summer's enemy.

With Malinda now aged up, there is one more in the household waiting to age up as well. Although Malinda, now older, was starting to question her own existence.
Since we now have a child in the house and a toddler on the way, thought it was about time that Malinda had her own room upstairs.
We also added a garlic wreath to the house. Because while there hasn't been attacks, getting tired of freedloading vampires on my front porch!
Malinda ended up waking up from a nightmare.
Unable to sleep, Malinda went downstairs to check on Luna.
"Hi Luna, I'm your big sister, Malinda! I know we don't look alike..."
Malinda turned her head away in thought.
"Wow, we really don't do we. Mom isn't even my mom, right? Sis explained how it all worked..."
She shook her head.
"Like...Should I even be here then? Should I be with 'mom'? Where do I belong?"
"You belong right here," said Opera as she entered the room, surprising Malinda.
"Oh! Umm...you heard all that?" said Malinda.
Opera gave a kind nod.
Opera then became concerned.
"Why would you ever think you didn't belong here?"
"Well...I mean I'm not like you, Mom," explained Malinda. "I asked sis about it and she said our moms are SPT#3s. Her 'mom' isn't even my 'mom'. So...shouldn't I be with her instead?"
"Malinda, I know this may not be the best time to explain this, but no. You shouldn't. Your mother she...she wasn't kind. Neither was your sister's. That isn't the case with all SPT#3s but in this case, they...they weren't kind to your father. They even called your sister a failure, according to your dad. You deserve to be in a family that loves you and doesn't just want you just to extend a family line."
"Wait so...Dad didn't want me?" Malinda said, Opera trying to ease her concerns.
"You weren't expected. But believe me, your father wanted you once everything happened. He just didn't want you to end up with a woman that wanted to hurt others."
"They hurt Dad?"
"Yes. You're too young to know exactly what happened, but yes. He was hurt. But you weren't the one to hurt him. Do you understand?"
"I think I do," said Malinda. "You and Dad want me to be safe and love me no matter what."
"Yes. And you are fine just the way you are," said Opera.
"It's just...all hard to take in though," added Malinda.
"I know. I'd say let's just put it aside for now when we aren't as tired. Your father and I can talk with you more later on."
"Can we forget about it with cake then?" begged Malinda. "I know there's still some left from my age-up!"
"Well...I don't see why not. Just for tonight though."
"Yes!"
As they slipped into the kitchen, the two found Brody awake and sneaking in a slice of cake.
"Don't eat it all on us, love," said Opera.
"Oh! Hey babe! Wasn't expecting you and Malinda awake."
"Yes, well, it is her cake so she probably deserves a piece, correct?"
"Everything okay?" asked Brody out of earshot of Malinda.
"Just the usual otherworldly woes. Don't worry," said Opera. "A bit of love and cake can help all that."

It was late morning when Gia and Stelio descended the stairs, twins in arms. They’d spent the morning preparing the pair for an important event, finally meeting their grandfather… who doesn’t know they exist. Though Stelio'd kept a confident front the entire week leading up to the day, his doubts resurfaced the morning of the outing.
The couple spoke as they entered the living room.
“Stelio, you said he was the one who reached out to you, and that he’s been keeping steady contact,” Gia offered reassuringly, “Besides, it’s thirty minutes til your meeting time, he lives in San Myshuno, he’s probably already on the way to Oasis Springs. Are you gonna cancel?”
“Well, no, and I know…,” Stelio sighed, “It’s just that I was their age when he left, and I remember. So, what if he does it again? He leaves them, and it’s my fault.”
“That’s not on you, babe,” Gia countered, when another voice joined the exchange…
“If you want my opinion,” Andromeda interjected from the kitchen doorway, “and it may surprise you, your father has done a lot of growing up these last few years. He can still be selfish, don’t expect him to miss a Llamas’ home game for anything, but he’s trying. The nerves are understandable, but part of you wanted to give him a chance. So, don’t deny yourself, give him a chance. If he gets flakey, you can be the one to pull back. Now, come in the kitchen before you go, I have a tonic that’ll set you just right. Fortify ya.”
“Ah, but Mooooom, they taste so awful,” winced Stelio.
“Don’t dawdle, son. And, don’t deny the power of Fireleaf!” Andi chuckled as she turned on her heel into the kitchen.

The crew arrived at the park 15 minutes early, so Stelio ushered the kiddies to the playground to pass the time.
They were in the middle of an intense game of “Space Monster” when Stelio suddenly heard a familiar voice from behind.
“Hey, son, thought that was you,” his old-man said gruffly; a little too much time on the bubble blower, though it didn’t show as much in his face. Dewayne was a silver fox, as they say. “But, uh, who’re the kids?” he grinned.
“Ah, see, well, they… they’re… they’re your grandkids,” Stelio bumbled sheepishly,…
“This is Malaika, and that’s Santi.”
Dewayne looked at the children playing in the spaceship cockpit. He especially noticed their pointed ears; just like Stelios’, just like his. “Uh huh,” he grunted, pensively. He cleared his throat, then continued, “Well, uh, you wanna bring ‘em over here so we can properly meet?”
Seems to be taking it well, Stelio thought as he lifted the twins from the jungle gym, and lead them over to where Dewayne then stood.
Stelio set Santi down, Malaika hesitated, and made introductions, “Santi, Malaika, this is your… well, what do you want them to call you?”
“I don’t know,” Dewayne replied, “I suppose I always liked Pop-Pop.”
“Oh no, that’s Gia’s dad. Anything else?”
“Hm… How about Papa?”
“Word, I like it. Santi, Malaika, this is your Papa. He’s my Dad, and your grandad.”
“Hey, kids. It’s so great to meet you”, Dewayne smiled.
Santi clapped excitedly and sang, “Papa, Papa, Papapapa.”
Malaika turned her gaze from Dewayne and looked expectantly at Stelio.
“Right. She’s not sure what I've just said. See, we recently found out she’s deaf. When she lets me set her down, I’ll try to sign everything to her.”
“Oh, sign language?,” asked Dewayne, “I picked up a little when I did some upgrades to the computer labs at Newcrest School for the Deaf.” He threw Malaika a sign he thought she might recognize; and one he meant, even after only knowing her a few minutes: “I love you.”
Dewayne continued, “In fact, I still have an in with the Superintendent there, maybe I can drop her a line about letting little Malaika here into the preschool.”
“Really, Dewayne? That would be great! Thank you.”
“Yeah, of course. I wanna do anything for my… my grandchildren,” Dewayne still couldn’t believe he was saying those words… together. “I just… I wonder why you didn’t tell me about them until now.”
Stelio knew the question would come, but he still hadn’t known what he would say until he said it. And it didn’t burst out of him like he feared it might. Instead, he felt his anger at their past like a slow, steady, manageable burn in his belly; like Fireleaf. Mom really did know her stuff. Stelio took a deep breath and calmly proceeded, “Dewayne, Dad, I’m glad we’ve reconnected these last few years, but it hasn’t been easy for us, for DeAndre or myself. They weren’t born yet, but I remember. I remember you and Mom fighting, and you leaving. And I remember Mom crying, just crying and crying because you hurt her. But she healed, and loved again, and we are healing. We’ve still got to work our stuff out. I have my fears about you but, I want you to be a part of my children's, your grandchildren's, lives.”
Dewayne nodded, taking in his son’s words. After a pause he sighed, “I understand, Stelio. Well, I can’t change the past. I am sorry I wasn’t there when you were little. And, I’m sorry I hurt your mom, there is no excuse for what I did. But, I thank you for letting me come back into your life, your lives, even though you didn’t have to. I promise, I’m gonna do right by these two. You’ll see, son.”
Dewayne choked back tears as he looked down at his grandchildren playing at his feet. Then he grinned and bellowed excitedly, “Alright, who wants a piggyback ride from Papa?!”

Now back to what I was sharing ha. Victor doesn't mind the show of affection but it's so rare sometimes he wonders what triggers it, they certainly don't have a normal relationship normal in the other partner has no issue showing what makes their opposite happy. Now that he's getting older it matters a lot more than it used to part of why he strayed.
"Ah a smile, some good news?"
"Things are just great at work."
"Good for you dear, I don't suppose that means you're ready to take a break we can finally have a family like we planned."

After changing she supposed she could try a little bit.
"I guess it's my fault he's like that, I am perfect after all."
She gave him a hug but it's stiff as it normally is which is great for her.
After getting some....breakfast.
Victor thinks of what his son could inherit, he knew there was a part of him that still loved Lily that's why he wanted a child with her...however that didn't mean his pride would let him be a deadbeat Izaiah(see I misspelled his name last time I posted, I used a z just cause hah) was his son and he would raise him as he should.
Before getting ready to go out with them Lily comes and her small smile fades immediately.
"What are you wearing?"
"Work out clothes you've seen this before."
"Yes and that's the problem."
"What's wrong with it?"
"You're a politician you need to be on your best and dressed the same."
"I make plenty of money you're saying."
"Obviously."
"Then I'll wear what I want, see you tonight."
Funny when looking at Victor I had forgotten he's an adult so Iya got to be the younger mistress...lol.

"Oh appeal to his greater instincts, the nerve." she said with a laugh.
"How about you stay with me for a couple days at least, let me spend time with him."
"Fine but why do I have to go?"
"Our boy needs his mother."

She sighed.
"Fine just a couple days, I want to see where you're taking him anyways."
