A toddler's quest for treats.
I thought it was cute she woke up and put herself back to bed after a nap, but I'll take that over a tantrum heh.
The face of someone about to be free of his obligations, Bjorn just isn't much for fatherhood and if they have Genji he doesn't see a reason to be around. Meriana wishes he'd do better but she is happy knowing her girls are well taken care of even without him.

After a little woohoo he couldn't really sleep but watched over her for a second, it was almost funny falling for his brother's baby mama.
Diane was wise to it and came to talk to him when she woke up.

While they talked Meriana was busy enjoying the weekend with her girls, who have gotten used to their glowing mother.
Family time was more interesting than the movie
Bjorn called her to come to the romance festival insisting he only wanted tea but he knew he just missed her, she went only to assure him that they were really done. However he also came with his wife. I guess Meriana was excited that he was going to get caught....or just going to leave her alone.
While they had tea this random woman, the one in braids started flirting with him, I didn't do that so it amused me.
His wife not so much, ignoring the drama Meriana decided her leaves were more entertaining to watch instead, when she got home Genji called asking if he could take Diane for a bit to show her around the house so she could meet the master and what not. Trusting him of course she said yes.
'Oh it's really nice here...but could use more pink.'
'Tell you what, you convince Vlad to add pink and you can add all that you want, he's a stubborn old goat.'
'I heard that.'
'Heard what?' he teased ignoring him.
'You must be the crumb...I mean girl Genji mentioned.'

She was even more excited hearing that, she didn't want to leave home but she did want to learn more and now she didn't have to choose.
Genji took her back home where Meriana asked if he wanted to stay over again, of course he was happy to he'd been lonely far too long and he adored her.
'Oh sweetie did you have fun with your uncle?'
'Yeah, Vlad and Omar are funny, they're not scary at all and I can even stay here so I want to learn a lot!' she said excitedly, Meriana was just pleased to see her so happy.
'That's great sweetheart, go and say hi to your sister she missed you.'
She took that as her tip off to leave them alone, though of course Heather came down to greet them anyways.
Genji doesn't sleep when he stays so he was surprised to see she was no longer a plantsim when she woke up.

@RedDestiny92 Definitely. She may not have shown up all that much, but Light will definitely be missed. The girls aged up beautifully, although that first pic going after the cookies is definitely one to save to the family album.

With Error now taking up the role of Vaccine, it was now more of a waiting game. When would Crash reemerge? Would she be at full power? Would Error be able to train up enough in time? It wasn't like Light or CeeCee was around anymore to give insight so it was mainly up to the AI. At least, for now, the rest of the world could go back to other matters at hand: Such as building an extension on the Williams' house.
Brody had come over to Peter's to help build an awning of sorts on the house. While Peter hacked away at some more wood though, Brody filled the birdfeeder.
"Seriously, bro. You gotta keep this thing filled. You know the birds are coming back from the Winter, right?"
Brody then started sawing up some more wood.
"So tell me again why you're adding a roof onto the house that covers half the back yard? I mean I get that you don't like rain, but we live in Newcrest. You're lucky we even got snow."

Sakura hugged Peter tight, almost crying.
"This is...is perfect!!"
"I'm glad you like it. I just didn't want you to be sad that you couldn't be outside anymore. I care about you, Sakura. That's a part of being your husband."
"Oh Peter..."
"Speaking of care, though, the plasma fruit trees are still not ready yet so when was the last time you had plasma."
"Y...Yesterday?" said Sakura.
"Sakura...You know you need plasma now. Plasma Janes at the bar don't count."
"But I had about three," said Sakura.
"And did they really fill you up?" asked Peter.
"Well...a good bit..."
"Good bit doesn't cut it, Sakura. C'mon. Take my arm."
Sakura soon sunk his teeth into Peter's wrist to take in some plasma.
"Ngh...Take your time, Sakura. You're going to get both of us dizzy."
Sakura then gave Peter's wrist a hard nip.
"Gah! Sakura, your teeth are sharper than before remember. Ack! Let go!"
Sakura pulled back, although this time with a cheeky look.
"Sorry, Peter. Guess I just wanted a little extra taste."
Peter chuckled. "So it's like that, huh?"
Brody shouted from the side.
"Dude, why don't you two just go at it in the closet or something, already? Yeesh."

We even got fireworks!
Peter waltzed out with the biggest grin on his face.
"Holy smokes that was amazing!"
Sakura flopped back out.
"Hah...Yeah...Wasn't expecting us to be so loud though....hah...Good thing Julia is at school and your mom was asleep."
Peter laughed. "Oh plum what if we woke her!"

While Peter and Sakura had '7 minutes in Heaven," Brody was downstairs watching TV when he got a call from Opera.
"Hey babe...Yeah we just finished putting on the piece...Yeah...Yeah I know to pick her up after I come home. Did you talk with Levono after?...Okay and?"
A wide grin came over Brody's face.
"Oh yeah? Yeah I'm sure we can talk with her...That's the least of my worries, babe!...But other than that...Awesomes! Yeah I'll see you at home."
As Peter and Sakura came into the living room, Brody flung his arms around Sakura.
"Wh...What's this all about?" asked the cherry blossom.
"Must be something good if you're all of a sudden hugging people," said Peter.
"That was Opera," said Brody. "She was talking to Levono about if a sim and an AI can have a kid together. According to him it's possible. It just runs risk of error AI, although with the new code or whatever it is now, he says that the percentage might have dropped. He said we should talk to Glitch. Something about her original code being result or something like that. Long story short: If it all works out, you guys are gonna be uncles again!"
"That's great to hear!" Sakura exclaimed.
"It is," said Peter. "And this time it isn't you who's pregnant."
"Yeah really!" said Brody. "Just hope you two are ready for another toddler during family visits."
"Well, I keep asking Sakura if he would consider another kid..." said Peter.
"Peter, I'm not getting an 'adjustment' just so we can have a toddler running around the place. That and after hearing about Brody's experience, you're lucky I haven't had Claire mindwipe you of that thought."
Peter shrugged. "I tried."
Brody simply laughed. "Well, if he keeps buggin' ya, just tell him to come over and babysit Malinda."
"Why do you think he keeps bugging me for one?" said Sakura, the three of them soon laughing hard.
Next time, Glitch makes a decision to move. Brody and Opera learn more about AI children, giving the news to Claire and Malinda about the new baby on the way.

@RedDestiny92 They can. It's just a bit complicated as the percentage of corrupted code can increase. Like suggested though, the toddler patch may have fixed some of that. We'll see.

@keenow and @March306 Yes, yes. Brody and Opera are considering having their first actual child. Just takes a bit longer cause 1)Looming threat of an evil AI who is now sealed for who knows how long and 2)The risk of corrupted code that can happen and 3)Talking to Claire and to an extent Malinda about the idea, since those two weren't planned.
But long story short: Yes, yes they are having kids.

I just can't accept what Omega says. And while yes, I know I cannot possibly help Error without hers and her family's help, I can't accept that Error becoming the vaccine is the only way to stop Crash. So, I'm moving.
Even I know I can be rash in my decisions and sometimes I act like I don't like all of them (Delta still annoys me sometimes. No I don't have a crush on him! Yeesh!), but it was still hard for me to decide to leave them. Like I have said, they're my family. But, the way I had it, I was protecting them more if I wasn't around here and could focus more on my research.
I had just gotten off work, sitting down to Alpha's Mac and Cheese. If I can take one thing away from this move, it's that I was able to teach her to be a better cook than her mom when it came to pasta. Cook to al dente first so that the heat when mixing the cheese and that can cook it the rest of the way.
Omega could see something was on my mind.
"Glitch, is everything okay?"
I couldn't look at her at first.
"I'm afraid you won't like it," I finally said.
"Glitch, you're a grown woman. I think I can deal with whatever you have to say."
"I...I'm moving out...on my own."

"What's wrong is that some of us are running on 3 hours sleep and need to get the rest of a 6 hour sleep cycle or we pop. That make any sense to you?!"
"Your mom doesn't seem to mind. And besides, it's a weekend. Aren't you off work?"
"Okay, first off, she's not my mom, and second off, doesn't matter. I get cranky when I don't get enough sleep. So if you don't mind, how about cutting the cord to those dubstep thumps before they shake down the walls!"
"C'mon, girl. Don't be such a drag."
"All I'm asking is that you turn it down. It's 3am and..."
"Nada..." She interrupted me. "Not my fault you don't know good music. Just get some earplugs or maybe go listen to whatever you AIs are into."
I decided to try and think about the move.
"Okay. You know what? Fine. I don't have to worry about this. Come tomorrow I won't have to worry about you or your hippo bellows."
Thought that would get her upset, but instead, the lady started talking baby talk of all things!
"Aw. The lil missus finally gonna get something to get herself to sleep? Maybe some earmuffs for those itty bitty sensitive ears of hers?"

And so, I checked all my accounts and notified work of the address change, moving out about a couple hours later, although starting to feel a bit guilty again.
Well it ain't the Desert Jewel, but it'll do. I was so plum tired though. Bright side now though: No music thumping neighbours. Plum my neighbours are Peter and Sakura down the street and with Julia still being a kid, not to mention Emma with them as well, they won't be belting out techno tunes.
It's pretty much a bedsit/trailer set up. I'm thinking of hitting up a flea market later on to see if I can snag a proper table. But as it's only me, it has what I need: kitchen, bathroom, bed, computer, and a place for my rear. Sorry about the mess, but I brought all my research from work and home as well as some computer parts.
And yeah, I know I said I didn't want to cheat, but I figured if I'm gonna find some other way to stop Crash, I'm gonna need a good computer and a map to sort out my thoughts.
And so I went on the computer and started doing what I do best: Looking into the program itself to see what I might be able to do. Yes, I am stubborn, but if my stubbornness can let my better half live, then so be it.
@AshtontoAshton22 Not sure. Guess we'll have to wait and see if that's what Glitch ends up doing with Crash. If you mean between Crash and Error, that's a bit different. Traditionally, as in the only other time it happened, Virus and Vaccine are evenly matched, forever fighting as they are locked away in CAS, never to emerge in a normal save again.

@AshtontoAshton22 Once an AI, such as Error, reaches full Vaccine level, she's essentially indestructable, much like Crash was/trying to get back to. If Error does end up getting deleted before that though, well...One shudders to think.

The two then went outside.
"A beautiful night, isn't it," said Light.

She took that as her tip off to leave them alone, though of course Heather came down to greet them anyways.
Genji doesn't sleep when he stays so he was surprised to see she was no longer a plantsim when she woke up.

@RedDestiny92 Definitely. She may not have shown up all that much, but Light will definitely be missed. The girls aged up beautifully, although that first pic going after the cookies is definitely one to save to the family album.

With Error now taking up the role of Vaccine, it was now more of a waiting game. When would Crash reemerge? Would she be at full power? Would Error be able to train up enough in time? It wasn't like Light or CeeCee was around anymore to give insight so it was mainly up to the AI. At least, for now, the rest of the world could go back to other matters at hand: Such as building an extension on the Williams' house.
Brody had come over to Peter's to help build an awning of sorts on the house. While Peter hacked away at some more wood though, Brody filled the birdfeeder.
"Seriously, bro. You gotta keep this thing filled. You know the birds are coming back from the Winter, right?"
Brody then started sawing up some more wood.
"So tell me again why you're adding a roof onto the house that covers half the back yard? I mean I get that you don't like rain, but we live in Newcrest. You're lucky we even got snow."
"It's for Sakura, remember?" said Peter. "If he goes out in the sun, he doesn't just get tired, he'll actually burn and die."

Strawberry15: It's been not as hard as I thought it would be. I mainly stay inside and paint. I'm still a bit upset for the summer though. Unless it's nighttime, I won't get to go out and enjoy swimming or playing on the waterslide with Julia.
PrincessDJCandy: If it's any consolation, nights are a lot cooler during the summer. Temp-wise.
Candlecover9: Dash is correct. With significant drop in temperature, you're better off going out at night during the summer anyways.

Noticing the shade, Sakura went out cautiously to look around.
"What's all this?"
"Well," said Peter, taking Sakura's hands. "You were saying that you missed being outside so Brody and I built this piece on. You can finally come outside. Maybe not in the way you want, but it's something, right?"
Sakura hugged Peter tight, almost crying.
"This is...is perfect!!"
"I'm glad you like it. I just didn't want you to be sad that you couldn't be outside anymore. I care about you, Sakura. That's a part of being your husband."
"Oh Peter..."
"Speaking of care, though, the plasma fruit trees are still not ready yet so when was the last time you had plasma."
"Y...Yesterday?" said Sakura.
"Sakura...You know you need plasma now. Plasma Janes at the bar don't count."
"But I had about three," said Sakura.
"And did they really fill you up?" asked Peter.
"Well...a good bit..."
"Good bit doesn't cut it, Sakura. C'mon. Take my arm."
Sakura soon sunk his teeth into Peter's wrist to take in some plasma.
"Ngh...Take your time, Sakura. You're going to get both of us dizzy."
Sakura then gave Peter's wrist a hard nip.
"Gah! Sakura, your teeth are sharper than before remember. Ack! Let go!"
Sakura pulled back, although this time with a cheeky look.
"Sorry, Peter. Guess I just wanted a little extra taste."
Peter chuckled. "So it's like that, huh?"
Brody shouted from the side.
"Dude, why don't you two just go at it in the closet or something, already? Yeesh."
Peter waltzed out with the biggest grin on his face.
"Holy smokes that was amazing!"
Sakura flopped back out.
"Hah...Yeah...Wasn't expecting us to be so loud though....hah...Good thing Julia is at school and your mom was asleep."
Peter laughed. "Oh plum what if we woke her!"
Peter then kissed Sakura's cheek.
"Mmph...I love you."
"Heh. I love you, too."
While Peter and Sakura had '7 minutes in Heaven," Brody was downstairs watching TV when he got a call from Opera.
"Hey babe...Yeah we just finished putting on the piece...Yeah...Yeah I know to pick her up after I come home. Did you talk with Levono after?...Okay and?"
A wide grin came over Brody's face.
"Oh yeah? Yeah I'm sure we can talk with her...That's the least of my worries, babe!...But other than that...Awesomes! Yeah I'll see you at home."
As Peter and Sakura came into the living room, Brody flung his arms around Sakura.
"Wh...What's this all about?" asked the cherry blossom.
"Must be something good if you're all of a sudden hugging people," said Peter.
"That was Opera," said Brody. "She was talking to Levono about if a sim and an AI can have a kid together. According to him it's possible. It just runs risk of error AI, although with the new code or whatever it is now, he says that the percentage might have dropped. He said we should talk to Glitch. Something about her original code being result or something like that. Long story short: If it all works out, you guys are gonna be uncles again!"
"That's great to hear!" Sakura exclaimed.
"It is," said Peter. "And this time it isn't you who's pregnant."
"Yeah really!" said Brody. "Just hope you two are ready for another toddler during family visits."
"Well, I keep asking Sakura if he would consider another kid..." said Peter.
"Peter, I'm not getting an 'adjustment' just so we can have a toddler running around the place. That and after hearing about Brody's experience, you're lucky I haven't had Claire mindwipe you of that thought."
Peter shrugged. "I tried."
Brody simply laughed. "Well, if he keeps buggin' ya, just tell him to come over and babysit Malinda."
"Why do you think he keeps bugging me for one?" said Sakura, the three of them soon laughing hard.
Next time, Glitch makes a decision to move. Brody and Opera learn more about AI children, giving the news to Claire and Malinda about the new baby on the way.

I just can't accept what Omega says. And while yes, I know I cannot possibly help Error without hers and her family's help, I can't accept that Error becoming the vaccine is the only way to stop Crash. So, I'm moving.
Even I know I can be rash in my decisions and sometimes I act like I don't like all of them (Delta still annoys me sometimes. No I don't have a crush on him! Yeesh!), but it was still hard for me to decide to leave them. Like I have said, they're my family. But, the way I had it, I was protecting them more if I wasn't around here and could focus more on my research.
I had just gotten off work, sitting down to Alpha's Mac and Cheese. If I can take one thing away from this move, it's that I was able to teach her to be a better cook than her mom when it came to pasta. Cook to al dente first so that the heat when mixing the cheese and that can cook it the rest of the way.
Omega could see something was on my mind.
"Glitch, is everything okay?"
I couldn't look at her at first.
"I'm afraid you won't like it," I finally said.
"Glitch, you're a grown woman. I think I can deal with whatever you have to say."
"I...I'm moving out...on my own."
Omega was taken aback.
"O...Oh! I see now why you were concerned. Was it something we did? Or said or..."
"No. It's just..."
"I need space...to think. With everything going on with Error and Crash and...I just need to be on my own for a bit..."
Omega was naturally concerned.
"Do you think that is wise for you though?"
"Well...I don't know...I just feel like it's something I need to do. You know I think of you and Alpha...even Delta...as family...and ever since you took me in after I tried to destroy Main Save, I have changed...but it just feels like something I need to do. You understand?"
If there's one thing you can count on Omega for, its her motherly instincts.
"Maybe not fully...And while I will always worry about you, I can't stop you if you wish to move out."
"Thanks. I'll still be paying the rent here to keep you guys with a roof. There's a small spot in Newcrest that's cheap that I think I can use for a while."
Omega chuckled.
"Why not just hack in a bigger house?"
I shrugged.
"Cause sometimes cheating isn't what I want to do."
After that talk, I went to bed for my last night in the apartment.
Or most of the night. At about 3am, what's-their-names Jang were blaring out the music again. This time is wasn't the saxophone in oil but instead techno tunes with pumping syths so loud that it would probably cause a pacemaker to cause an arrhythmia.
To say I was mipped would be an understatement.
I banged on the door.
"Do you mind?! They can hear you all the way over at the fashion district!!"
The wife answered the door.
"Oh. It's you. And what's wrong?"
"What's wrong is that some of us are running on 3 hours sleep and need to get the rest of a 6 hour sleep cycle or we pop. That make any sense to you?!"
"Your mom doesn't seem to mind. And besides, it's a weekend. Aren't you off work?"
"Okay, first off, she's not my mom, and second off, doesn't matter. I get cranky when I don't get enough sleep. So if you don't mind, how about cutting the cord to those dubstep thumps before they shake down the walls!"
"C'mon, girl. Don't be such a drag."
"All I'm asking is that you turn it down. It's 3am and..."
"Nada..." She interrupted me. "Not my fault you don't know good music. Just get some earplugs or maybe go listen to whatever you AIs are into."
I decided to try and think about the move.
"Okay. You know what? Fine. I don't have to worry about this. Come tomorrow I won't have to worry about you or your hippo bellows."
Thought that would get her upset, but instead, the lady started talking baby talk of all things!
"Aw. The lil missus finally gonna get something to get herself to sleep? Maybe some earmuffs for those itty bitty sensitive ears of hers?"
You all know me. Rub me the wrong way...
And I will put a sim on ice.
I don't know if it was the ice sculpture in the lobby or the still blaring vuvuzelas (In a techno tune? Really?!), but Omega wasn't pleased.
"GLITCH!!"
I felt a bit cheeky.
"C'mon Kip. She's their problem now."
And so, I checked all my accounts and notified work of the address change, moving out about a couple hours later, although starting to feel a bit guilty again.
Well it ain't the Desert Jewel, but it'll do. I was so plum tired though. Bright side now though: No music thumping neighbours. Plum my neighbours are Peter and Sakura down the street and with Julia still being a kid, not to mention Emma with them as well, they won't be belting out techno tunes.
It's pretty much a bedsit/trailer set up. I'm thinking of hitting up a flea market later on to see if I can snag a proper table. But as it's only me, it has what I need: kitchen, bathroom, bed, computer, and a place for my rear. Sorry about the mess, but I brought all my research from work and home as well as some computer parts.
And yeah, I know I said I didn't want to cheat, but I figured if I'm gonna find some other way to stop Crash, I'm gonna need a good computer and a map to sort out my thoughts.
And so I went on the computer and started doing what I do best: Looking into the program itself to see what I might be able to do. Yes, I am stubborn, but if my stubbornness can let my better half live, then so be it.

Her name is Charlotte Taiyo and her aspiration is Freelance Botanist which is perfect to keep Shae's garden going.
