Converted Farmhouse Apartments

Hi everyone, hope your week is doing great so far. I just finished this lot for @anettesb and would like to share some pics. She is currently rebuilding Hidden Springs and was looking for a converted farmhouse apartment lot with specific ideas in mind. This lot is based off her inspiration picture and includes housing quarters for a large family in addition to NPC apartments, a playground, public Laundromat and activities. Appliances, bathrooms, sinks and toilets have been upgraded. As typical with my lots, there is NO cc or cap. My tester sim family enjoyed this lot very much. It was so funny to see how much the adults were entertained by the playground. NPS sims moved in after a few days. Below is some picture spam... I hope you like it

I love some of the items you used.... really hit the feeling I was going for.. and the shared party area is a perfect idea.
the sims living there will enjoy haveing their own laundromat... so they don't have to go to town square.

Your Converted Farmhouse Apartments build is so very nice! The exterior design of the buildings, the outdoors areas and the furnishing of the interiors all are so very nice! The children's playground area is very great! Very nice garden area! The scarecrows look great there, guarding the plants! The cows look great there as well! The exterior design of and the roofing on the buildings looks very nice! Very nice living room! It looks very warm and homely! The family pictures on the wall are special home touches, and the floral patterned sofas and arch sirs are pretty. Sims will enjoy sitting there having a chat and watching TV. The grandfather clock looks nice in the corner and suits the room well. The floral floor rug adds to the nice look of the room. Very nice kitchen! It looks very nice how you have placed the kitchen cabinets! Very nice window dining area in the kitchen for sims to enjoy the sunshine coming in onto them whilst dining there. The hanging apron, birdhouse clock, hanging wall basket and lemonade jug are nice home touches in the kitchen. . It looks very nice how you have patterned the dining table and curtains using the fruit pattern. The grilled cheese picture on the wall suits well the type of room. The bedrooms are very nice! Very nice windows armchairs sitting area! It looks nice how you have angled the armchairs there. Sims will enjoy looking out through the windows at the outdoors views whilst sitting having a rest and a chat. Very nice recolouring of the bedroom and master bathroom curtains! The colours and patterns of the beds, curtains and furnishings in the kids rooms look very nice. They will enjoy sitting at the study desk tables having a read of a book or using a computer. The pink flower rug in the girls room is pretty! The fish, giraffe, octopus picture and bunny rug on the walls and floor of the nursery looks very cute! There are many nice features throughout the build, inside and outdoors! The outside areas, the layout of the build and the interior furnishing looks so nice!
