Here is a little build, Laiva, it's much more expensive than Madora is.

Laiva is a very nice home! The hedging on the edges of the front area fencing, and the trellis covered entry area looks nice. The tall palm trees add a nice look to the home. Very nice outddors BBQ dining nook! It is a nice nook area for eating outdoors in the air. The water fountain is a nice touch. Very nice layout and furnishing of the interior of the home! The brown and white colour scheme looks very nice. Very nice light filled dining and kitchen area. It looks great how the windows are placed there. Sims will enjoy looking out at the views whilst cooking meals and dining at the table . The fruit bowl and dish rack are homely touches .The dining wall pattern looks very nice. The circles floor prints and the large circular floor add a very nice look to the tv watching area and the master bedroom.
The home is very nice!

This is Vee's Playpark, now when you bring the little ones it'll say they can't visit and they'll be sent to daycare however you can just click the little arrow thing on their portrait and bring them right back.



I had a dollhouse and block table to test and see if they were still too strong, that is sims won't leave them alone to eat...and yeah too strong so I pulled them out.

Vee's Playpark is a fun and enjoyable restaurant venue for families to enjoy visiting! There are lots of nice activities for child sims to do there as well as dining! The lilypad pond water feature is pretty in the front area of the venue . The bonsai trees look great in the build. Kids will have fun playing on the pirate ship and monkey bars in the outdoors air. The picket fencing looks very nice on the edges of the roof of the building! Very nice furnishing of the interior of the building! It is nice that there is a glass windows enclosed play area for toddlers. The jigsaw floor patterning looks very colourfully nice! Toddlers will have lots of fun sliding on the slide and playing in the balls pit and tunnels! It looks very nice how the tables and chairs are set up there, for sims to enjoy dining at. The colouful circle floor prints is a special touch.
Sims will enjoy dining and playing at the nice restaurant

Here is Nacami, I was looking at floor plans got an idea.

Nacami is a very nice home! The dome style flower box windows look very pretty in the home! The layout of the interior looks very nice! Very nice open kitchen, living and dining area. It looks nice the way that the tv is on the coffee table, and the sofas are nearby for the sims to enjoy sitting and resting there, watching tv. Nice study desk area for sims to enjoy using the computer at the table. It is nice that there is a vanity table in the bedroom for sims to enjoy doing make up at. The flowers are nice touches on the bedside tables.
Sims will enjoy living there

The layout of Germaine looks very nice! It is great that you are using floor plans that you have found online in your builds. The lavender looks pretty along the edges of the home. Very nice front courtyard pool area! Kids will have fun playing on the monkey bars in the backyard. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The green circles floor prints add a special look to the kids room. It is nice that the dining area is in the central area of the home. The patterned floor rug looks nice under the table. It is great that there is a gym room with fitness equipment for sims to enjoy using to keep fit. Very nice bar room! Sims will enjoy sitting resting on the armchairs there , having a drink from the bar.
It is a very nice home!

Here is Romy Park little play area mostly for those with little ones.

Romy Park is a fun park for toddlers , kids and their families to enjoy visiting! It is a colourfully nice venue! They will have fun sliding on the slide, and playing in the balls pit and tunnels, in the outdoors air. Very nice outdoors areas where they can enjoy playing on the monkey bars, slippery water slide and playing chess. Sims will enjoy painting on the easel in the sunshine, whilst listening to other sims playing the guitar. The colourful edge roofing on the building looks so effective! It looks very nice how you have used the terrain paints to do the pathways. Very colourfully nice furnishing of the interior of the venue! It is great that there are toddlers beds there for them to have a sleep if they get tired from playing. The frog and flower floor prints look very nice there! Very nice kitchen and dining area! Families will enjoy eating meals together there. The pink coloured tables and blue chairs look very nice together. The colourful circles floor prints add a special look to the dining area. The kids will enjoy sitting eating in the cute animal themed armchairs! Very nice sofa seat sitting and reading nook. Sims will enjoy resting there reading a book from the bookcase.
It is a very nice park venue for families!

Here is Rosaina, I built it for part of my current family but thought I'd share.

The design and furnishing of Rosaina is very nice The lavender flowers look pretty along the edges of the home, and it looks great how you have used the terrain paint to do the front pathway. Very nice backyard area for the kids to have fun playing on the slide and for the family to enjoy cooking meals on the bbq and dining in the outdoors air at the picnic table. They will enjoy watching the birds feeding on the seed feeder. It is nice that there are beds for four children in the kids bedroom. The alternating colours of the beds looks very nice, and the colourful flower floor rugs add a special look to the room! The colourful cushions are very nice for the kids to relax on . Very nice windows dining area! The family will enjoy eating meals together at the dining table, with sunshine coming in onto them. Nice study desk and art nook. Sims will like looking out through the window whilst using the computer or enjoying painting on the easel.
It is a very nice family home!

My first vet clinic Happy Paws Clinic, I did use it make sure everything had enough space and worked properly.

The exterior design of Happy Paws Clinic is very nice! The fencing is a nice touch on the roofing. The flowers look pretty around the base of the vet sign. Very nice layout of the interior of the Clinic! The pawprints on the floor and dog bone floor rug are great touches in the build.
Sims will like either working there or taking their pets there when unwell!

I made a Sleep Pod home for an alien, just cause.

The alien sleep pod looks great! The new roofing on the home gives it a great look! The white blossom trees look pretty and complement well with the colour scheme of the home. The shape of the home looks very nice. Very nice layout of the interior of the horne! The new pink colour of the kitchen counters looks very nice. It is great that there are pet items in the home, for a pet to be a part of the home.
It is a very nice sleep pod for an alien and their pet!

Here is a new house, it's called Clara it's more for a cat family but of course change the toys and such and there is some good room for dogs, there are some extra bowls in case you'd like to feed strays.






fun fact this house was built somewhat backwards, just felt like arranging the house around the furniture before settling on colors and landscaping.
