Sims 3 University Life code is used!!! Help!!!

I put in the Sims 3 University Life serial code in Origin and it said it was already used. I don't have the disc quite yet, I'm getting it soon. But it says the code is used and I don't know why. I downloaded it one time, two years ago on a different computer. I'm just so frustrated!!! Please Help!!! I have a lot of problems with my games.

I'm afraid that no one on the forums can help you with that. You would have to contact EA's customer support from the Help menu below to see if they will issue you a new code, provided that you purchased Uni from a legitimate source and it wasn't a "used" game.
