I got Town Life when EA was offering it as a freebie, but it has a lot of things that I use all the time. The laptop computer that looks like a leather-bound book is especially nice for classy offices/studies.
Hmm depends on how much you like to edit the town. The pack seems mainly about adding more modern looking buildings to the town. It also adds washing machines and some child play items like spring riders. Do you have those already?
