Modern Moodlit Falls Retreat

Hi everyone,
Wanted to share my latest lot. Originally it was created for the current Build-n-Share challenge however I totally busted the budget so decided to just skip the challenge this time. The exterior was designed to harmonize into the surroundings so the building is fairly simple architecture. The home was created with a single sim or couple in mind, however there is a small second bedroom available that can be used as desired. Hope you like it

It is great that you have uploaded the build that you were working on. Modern Moodlit Falls Retreat is so very nice! The exterior design looks very nice and the natural texture of the exterior suits well the surroundings of the build. It looks very nice! The rocks waterfall feature looks so very nice! You have created it so very well! Nice outdoors hot tub area. Sims will enjoy relaxing in the tub in the outdoors air. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The bedhead area in the master bedroom looks very nice! The wall patterning and curtains there looks very nice. The green and brown colour scheme of the rooms through the home looks very nice and reflects well the natural theme. It looks a very calming home. Very nice living room area! Sims will enjoy sitting on the sofas watching TV together or reading a book from the bookcase, enjoying the sunshine coming in through the windows. The flowers on the coffee table and the plants on the walls and floor are nice touches in the room. Very nice design of the kitchen! It looks very nice how you have placed the counters there. The kitchen wall tiling looks nice. It looks nice how you have placed the three vases decor items in the kitchen and living rooms. Sims will enjoy looking out through the kitchen windows whilst preparing meals. It is great that you have double kitchen sinks. The wall pattern in the ensuite bathroom looks very nice.

Thanks @anettesb , I know what you mean about the size. Originally it was going to replace the fishing lot by the Moonlit Falls world waterfall which is a weird size but it was built for a Build-n-Share challenge. Unfortunately the world has fog emitters that I couldn't remove from that area so so I just placed the lot elsewhere and did more landscaping. Hope you found the style you were looking for... I don't have many modern residential homes in my studio but perhaps in future. Appreciate the rec

Currently working on a new lot based on a Sears catalogue houseplan. Was excited to get the exterior done but am not sure just what to do with the interior design... should I modernize it or go with original vintage inside? Decisions, decisions, lol.

I know about your fog problem... and normally I'm not into modern homes... thye to cold... but you made it homely... so I keep looking for difrent kinds of homes... if you have any homes on 40x30 lots I love to know
