Hi there. Welcome to my showcase! I'll be posting my creations here from time to time. I hope you enjoy my creations as much as I do!

Describe Your Very First Build: It was this simple modern house I made right after I bought the game. It was functional but looked really plain.
Number of Builds: 250+
Main Build Themes: Modern/Asian/Tropical
Favorite Architectural Styles: Minimalist, Brutalist, American Midcentury, Traditional Japanese, Traditional Filipino Colonial
What I look for in builds: Proper landscaping and use of terrain paint, functionality/playability of lot, curb appeal, symmetry, interiors have clutter
What peeves me: If a build has no landscaping or terrain paint, if the garbage can is just placed on the yard without thought, gaudy use of colors, if the whole lot is not fully used, build has no clear architectural style
I am good at building/designing: Small houses/Starter homes/Themed builds/Unusual builds/Gardens and landscaping
I am poor at building/designing: Traditional European cottages/American homes/Tudor homes/Big mansions
Room I always design first in a build: Kitchen
Room I always design last: Bedroom
What inspires me: Frank Lloyd Wright, architectural/interior design magazines, the houses in my neighborhood, other builders whom I think have great buildings

Bali Retreat is a very nice home! The exterior design of the home is very nice! The roofing and exterior texture are very nice! It looks very nice how you have placed the windows in the build. The roof covered front gate looks very nice! The plants either sides of the front gate and the front pathway paving looks nice. The bamboo trees are nice touches in the front area of the build, and the lavender and rocks look nice along the edge of the front of the home. The water features in the corner nook areas of the front patio are very nice for sims to see as they come to enter the home! It looks nice how you have placed the lights on the exterior walls. Very nice pool patio! The towel stools are nice touches on the edges of the pool. Sims will enjoy swimming in the pool. The gazebo style outdoors living and bar area is very nice! Sims will enjoy sitting resting on the seating there watching TV in the outdoors air. It looks nice how you have placed the screen shade behind the TV. It looks nice how you have placed the armchairs and sofa. The orange colour of the seating looks nice with the brown colour of the exterior walls. Very nice bar counter area! Sims will enjoy sitting on the stools having a drink in the sunshine. The fruit crates and fruit bowl on top of the crate are nice touches there. Very nice furnishing and layout of the interior of the home! The master bedroom is very nice. The coat shelf and shoes rack are nice home touches in the room. The wall texture is nice. Sims will enjoy looking out through their bedroom windows at the outdoors views. The wall and floor tiling in the bathroom looks nice, and the orange patterned floor rug adds a nice touch in the room. Very nice dining and study room! It looks very nice how you have the open archways there leading out to the pool patio. It looks nice how you have angled and placed the dining table in the middle of room. Nice study desk nook. Sims will enjoy sitting at the desk table using the computer or reading a book from the bookcase. The globe and lamp looks great that you have placed them on the desk table. The plant is a nice nature touch next to the wall between the archways. It looks nice how you have placed the cabinets in the kitchen. The cutlery is a nice touch on the wall leading to the kitchen.
The home is very nice!

Bali Getaway is a very nice home! It looks a very calming and restful home. The layout of the home is so very nice! The pagoda style roofing is very nice! Very nice design of the exterior of the building. The water fountain features at the front of the home and in the courtyard area look so very nice! The design and shape of the water feature areas are very nice! The fish fountain and lily pads in the courtyard water features look nice. The rock garden is very nice! The home has a serene feel. The courtyard area is very nice! Sims will enjoy sitting on the seats in there enjoying the sunshine and the nice calm setting. The teapot on the side table and the fruit crates are nice touches there. The planter box windows add to the nice look of the home. It looks very nice how you have placed the lights on the exterior walls. The bamboo trees look nice either sides of the front entrance room. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! Nice living room area for sims to enjoy resting on the purple sofas and armchair watching TV together. It looks nice how you have used the brick wall to separate off the living and dining areas. The fruit bowl looks nice on the side table beside the brick wall. The yellow flowers picture on the wall are nice for sims to see whilst sitting there dining. Very nice furnishing of the kitchen! It looks nice how you have placed the kitchen cabinets in the room , and the wall and floor tiling looks very nice. It looks nice how you have used the screen shade to separate off an armchairs reading nook. Sims will enjoy sitting resting there reading a book from the bookcase. The flowers look pretty on the table between the armchairs. Nice window sitting area also, for sims to enjoy the sunshine coming in through the windows whilst sitting there. Very nice chess corner nook! Sims will have fun playing chess there. The bedrooms are very nice! The brown floral wall patterning is calming. Nice study desk area in the single bedroom for sims to enjoy sitting at the desk using the computer. The patterned oval floor rugs are nice touches in the bedrooms, and the clock on the master bed side table is a nice home touch. The wooden texture of the bathroom walls looks very nice!
The build is a very calming home for sims to enjoy living in.

Foreman's Starter(s) is great! It is very nice how you have placed two homes on the one lot! The red and green colours of the exteriors look nice. The modern container theme of the build looks great! The enlarged vehicles in the build look great! It looks nice how you have done the front steps porches to each home. Sims will enjoy sitting on the seats near the stairs enjoying being outdoors in the air. The plants and flowers you have used in the outdoors areas looks nice how you have placed them. The crates near the vehicles look great! The airconditioning unit looks great in the fenced nook area. Very nice layout of the interior of the home.

I have a big WIP currently. Looking at my Bali Getaway, I thought that it was missing something; as if it were missing a lot. So I created something really big, inspired by a Japanese castle.

Your WIP is looking very nice! The pagoda style roofing looks very nice! The water fountain features look very nice along the front of the build and in the courtyard area! It looks very nice how you have done the decking. It is nice that you are having a rock garden in your build like you have in your Bali Getaway build. The exterior design of the build is very nice! Very nice upper wraparound porch.

Bali Manor is a very nice home ! The layout of the build and exterior design of the building looks very nice! The roofing is very nice! The roof covered gate looks very nice! Very nice texture of the exterior of the home and the planter box windows look nice. Very nice front areas of the build! The flowers look very pretty in the front garden! Very nice corner art nook! Sims will enjoy painting on the easel there enjoying the nice floral setting. Very nice sitting area for sims to enjoy having a chat in the sunshine. The flower pot is a nice touch on the side table. It looks very nice how you have done the fencing! The trees look nice how you have placed them in the front areas of the build. It looks nice how you have the pathway leading from the gate to the front entrance, and the water fountain features and plants look very nice either sides of the pathway! Very nice back patio areas! Sims will enjoy swimming in the pool there, and resting poolside on the armchair seats. The towel stools are nice touches between the chairs. Sims will have fun playing chess outdoors in the outdoors air. It is great that you have a punching bag for sims to use to keep fit. The floor paving in the patio looks nice. Very nice layout and furnishing of the interior of the home! The bedrooms are nice. Sims will enjoy sitting at the window study desk in one the bedrooms using the computer whilst sunshine comes in through the window. The clothes shelf is a nice touch on the bedroom wall. The books on the bedside table in the other bedroom looks nice there. It looks nice how you have placed a brick textured wall to separate off the entrance and dining areas. The fruit pictures look nice on the wall and the coat shelf is a great home touch there. Very nice dining area! The purple colour of the dining seats looks nice with the grey brick wall. Sims will enjoy looking out through the open air archway at the views whilst eating their meals. The kitchen is very nice! The brown floral wall pattern and the placement of the kitchen cabinets looks very nice. Sims will enjoy sitting on the stools at the bar counter having a drink. Very nice living room! The orange colour of the sofas looks very nice with the colour of the walls. Sims will enjoy relaxing on the sofas watching TV. The type of curtains that you have used in the room look nice in the colour scheme of the room.

Your Bali Citadel WIP is looking very nice! It looks very nice how you have expanded on your Bali Getaway build. The added levels look very nice! The addition of pool patio and the area of the building on the right hand side of the home looks very nice. Enjoy working on the interiors

I'm really enjoying your Bali themed builds. They are something much different than the other builds on the gallery and I think fill a niche quite nicely. The citadel is awesome!
