    Story of the Month Club - Spring Edition ROUND TWO

    Hey Storytellers!

    Round One of the Story of the Month Club - Spring Edition closed earlier this month. You can read the set up over here.

    Time for Round Two!

    Open date: Today, April 27, 2015
    Closing date: Friday, May 8th, 2015 (probably during the morning)
    How to vote: Standard polling technique, click the one you like the best.
    Results: The story with the most Votes will be declared the winner.
    Next Steps: We will approach the author and ask them to write a blog summarizing their story and we will then publish it on the official TheSims.com website.

      Mine is new and so is Wren's Nest. Both of ours are not legacy stories.

      In fact, this contest is the reason I started reading in the first place and then I wanted to write. I started reading your stories, too @DavidMCSessy ! @Carewren123 posted on Buildnshare and I read through all the stories. I was hooked! :wink:

      We should observe a moment of silence for The Robinson Family. Great use of multimedia, great community building. Tight writing. Went dark in February and ain't been back. Hope that talent's getting put to use somewhere else

      Hey, friends and fellow RobFam fans! Here's an update that RobFam wrote on his thread here on April 22:
      Hi All,

      Unfortunately, it doesn't look like Robinson Family will be making a return anytime soon and probably not at all. I've been very busy with several professional projects and have not even had the opportunity to play The Sims even a little bit. I'll be closing out the active features of the site within the next week, but the site will stay up for about another six months so you can continue to enjoy it through then. Thanks and all the best!

      Sounds like he's doing well and finding outlets for his talent and voice. What a joy it was to have had the chance to collaborate with him and his Sims and what a gift his stories are! (And we can only hope that his Sims come back again! Angela's been pregnant since late January! :) )

      (If you haven't yet read them, you're in for a treat and they'll be available through the summer, it sounds like!)

      Voted.. Wish it could be more than one but then again it wouldn't be a Story-- singular-- of the month club.

      Truth to tell, enjoying them all will be a function of how quickly I can catch up on each.

      I guess they are extending the polls. This is killing me! Good luck to everyone!

      I want to thank everyone who supported my story! My readers are the best! <3 And I have WAAAY too much fun writing it when I should be writing stuff I get paid for... ;)
