Idea: Content Manager tool for CAS/BB objects

I'm lazy, so I'll just copy my idea from the other topic:
How about a standalone tool for CAS and BB content management? In the tool you could enable/disable CAS items and BB objects, allow/disallow CAS items for NPCs... Perhaps it could even have some sort of elementary CASt built-in to create your own recolors for items...? I'd love that!
