@vickyloo
Nothing shows up?
Under achievements / Wealth & Collecting /
The Rosebud achievement should show some kind of funds.
Are you using any kind of Mods? You are allowed to use them but wondering if something is interfering with money tracking.
Nope nothing shows up, the only mod I have is the MC Command Center I've even swapped between aspirations to see if that would kick it in but nothing so far.
I am baffled as to why the game is not tracking the money. Maybe check to see if there is some setting in that Mod?
The only thing i can think of is i have collected it in another save but, then i would have thought that a new save would reset everything.... ill def have a look through MC command tho. Kinda annoying though lol
I have just adopted the cutest dachshund puppy tho so she has at least someone to talk to lmao
I had a break for a week or so. Finally picked up again today. Kylie just started week 6. Her progress is going quite well considering she finished some collections like:
*Elements
*Fossils
She now makes a lot of money sending stones and such to the council She is also trying to get the frog collection done. She finished the curator aspiration and is now doing angling ace. Her traits are:
*Cheerful
*Genius
*Loves outdoors
She bought some new clothes, and even though she has some money now she keeps it simple
Progress Report:
Ren completed both the Eco Existence and Rosebud500k challenges. He has a daughter plus ○Four○ children by Alien abduction!
His daughter and first (Alien) son are YA. His other Alien daughters are Teen, Child and Toddler. Ren is still an Adult (thanks to Youth Potions) and the household is working toward the full Rosebud goal.
A word about the Rosebud & Rosebud 500K Challenges and #TS4JungleAdventure
Going on vacation to the Jungle will be allowed.
*Money must be earned to pay for lodging and supplies.
*Recommended skills - Charisma, Fitness, Gardening, Handiness and Logic.
The higher the better but at least beginner levels for better success.
Selling relics can be quite lucrative with very quick financial gains.
Using the (City Living) Yard Sale Table is allowed with any rate of Mark-up.
I am going to stream my challenge gameplay. I will name it as a title of this thread, if you don't mind, @EuphorialQueen It will be my first ever twitch stream.

Hello everyone
With Seasons on the near horizon {22June2018} I am considering updating some of my challenges. Specifically the beginning stages when starting without shelter. Hopefully I can get a copy of #TS4Seasons and test the impact of weather on each challenge.
Stay tuned for more information and as always thank you for supporting my creations and challenges.
Notes on Expansion pack and game pack features: *Added 08.14.2018* Outdoor Retreat
Tents, coolers and campfires are very helpful during the first stage of this challenge.
If you have the Seasons EP the tents do provide some protection from the elements.
Get Together
You do not have to do the Leader of the Pack aspiration to benefit from having a club. The club system can be used for skill boosts. Only two people are required to have a club. Create your own club so you can control activities. Social interactions are good as well as things like fishing, searching for frogs (you only have to view them) or playing an instrument. I do not recommend gardening as a club activity. Club members will tend gardens but will also harvest. All your crops will be gone with nothing to show for your hard work.
City Living
The yard sale and wall gallery items are useful for selling items for up to 300% mark-up. Unfortunately the wall gallery is not working at the moment. The SimGurus are aware and hopefully it will be fixed soon.
Cats & Dogs #TS4CatsAndDogs
Allowed:
Start with either one cat or one dog with your single Sim.
You must have the appropriate items to keep your pet happy.
Food dish, pet toy and small bed (cat must have a litter box).
IF you start with a pet you can purchase the necessary supplies.
You may fill the pet dish once before reducing funds to Zero.
*Remember §§ are required to feed your pet or to give them treats.
-or-
Start as usual with a single Sim and Zero §§ with the required items.
You must earn enough §§ to buy pet supplies before adopting a stray.
Changing to Cat Hangout / Dog Hangout lot traits will bring strays to your lot.
No need to travel to find them to adopt.
Jungle Adventure #TS4JungleAdventure
Going on vacation to the Jungle will be allowed.
*Money must be earned to pay for lodging and supplies.
*Recommended skills - Charisma, Fitness, Gardening, Handiness and Logic.
The higher the skill levels the better chance for success.
Selling relics can be quite lucrative with very quick financial gains.
Using the City Living -or- Jungle Adventure Yard Sale Table is allowed with any rate of Mark-up.
Seasons #TS4Seasons
So many wondrous things added with the Seasons EP.
Weather patterns in each world will vary.
Tents do provide shelter but things previous left outdoors may have to be inside.
A simple roof (even without walls) will provide some shelter.
The new glass roofs (added in a patch) are everything
Get an umbrella (via the umbrella stand under miscellaneous appliances) for rainy weather.
Build up handy skills to upgrade the machine to control the weather.
Beware this can also backfire and your Sim could get toasty.
Use the calendar for custom holidays that are useful for your Sim. Include a visit from Father Winter or the Flower Bunny for special gifts.
Plants are all seasonal and except for year-round crops have a limited time to harvest.
A Money Tree can be purchased with 5000 satisfaction points. I planted a money tree at the very end of stage one of this challenge. It takes several days to actually start growing. The first yield was about a week or so after planting.
Use features that fit your play style.
Side note: Did you know... ?
Completing the Positivity Challenge will earn a special reward trait.
Each of the four stages also earns a special poster for the wall. These not only provide a free decor item but they also count as a completed collection.
Note 27Dec2018: Challenge and comment threads by @EuphorialQueen {Me} are checked on a regular basis.
Rules for challenges are reviewed for potential updates each time new content is added to the game.
Please feel free to comment if you have questions.
Hello @EuphorialQueen I finished this challenge last night with my Sim Clarissa Coles!
And here's her statistics...
It actually didn't take the full 3 weeks. She started in Summer with seasons set to 14 days and she was in the first week of Fall. Finished on Thursday after having taken the Youth Potion the prior Sunday to stay a YA. So now I don't know if I should keep going for the full Rosebud achievement of 1 million or just use her earnings to build a big house and/or start a family and maybe open some kind of retail business or what... Hmmm... *strokes chin*
Regardless, I had lots of fun doing this challenge as I do with all your challenges! Happy Simming!
EDIT: Actually, thinking about it more, I didn't buy the flower thingie until she'd gotten her first bills after a week had gone by. So, it was actually 3 weeks and 4 days to complete the goal.
@Karababy52 Clarissa is stunning Love her look
Congrats on completing the challenge and thank you for sharing your progress notes.
I do love making the camping mascot statues to earn lots of money.
This is one (challenge) that I like to use as a springboard to jump start other challenges. I would be very interested to see what happens next for your lovely lady.
@EuphorialQueen Thank you and you're welcome! Yes, I love those statues because they're so profitable and fast to create. The tubs are good too, but they take twice as long to make each. I'd love to use her in another challenge, but I can't think of one at the moment, besides the Apocalypse challenge (which I'm already doing in another save) that doesn't require an unskilled Sim fresh from CAS. Have to take a look at the challenge list and see what I can find. I'll let you know what I ultimately decide to do.

Update 18April2019
April patch 1.51.75.1020 (16April2019) added Freelance careers to the base game.
Artists, authors and programmers earn money by accepting gigs and performing simple tasks.
All that is required is an electronic sketchpad (for the artist) and computer to chat with the client.
In testing with a household of three Sims they have earned over §65k in one week.
That makes me wonder .... how long would it take to reach the §500k goal?
Are you up to a new twist in this challenge?
A lot of new content has been added to our game. New traits, aspirations, skills and gameplay that could fit nicely into any of my challenges. To add it properly would take a bit of time and testing. Playing the game is still fun but I am only playing for short periods. Right now is not a good time to be able to concentrate on revising game challenges. Please feel free to amend my challenges to play as you wish.
Hopefully new inspiration will strike soon. Thank you all for your loyal following.
Happy Simming!
