    Welcome to my corner! Thank you for having welcomed me so nice on the US forum. You know that I make buildings crazy and a little kitschy ;) , which are prototypes of various objects, for example Colour Piano Club and Tea With My Grandma. Today I present to you something else, inspired by the city of Roaring Heights and Art Deco style (I love this style).

    Roaring Heights is an elegant club, on a lot measuring 30x20

      Roaring Heights Club is a very nice venue for Sims to enjoy visiting! :) Very nice exterior design of the building! The Art Deco theme of the build is very nice! The roofing is great! It looks nice how you have done the curved balcony ledges, and the pattern on the front exterior of the building looks great! Very nice front entrance to the venue! The triangular water fountain features in the front left and right hand sides of the build look very nice! It looks very nice how you have placed the windows in the build! The lighting looks nice on the exterior. Very nice back patio area of the build! The shape of the pool is very nice. Great outdoors bar area! Sims will enjoy sitting at the umbrella covered tables there in the outdoors air having a drink from the bar. The pattern on the back exterior of the building looks great! Very nice furnishing and layout of the interior of the building! The black and gold marble flooring in the foyer entrance area is very nice! The blue texture of the walls looks nice. The blue water fountains feature alcove beside the staircase is very nice! Very nice bar area on the first floor! It looks great how you have placed the bar counter and the bar stool counters. The lights and drinks display cabinets look nice how you have placed them on the wall behind the bar counter. The sofa seating areas are very nice! It looks nice how you have placed the sofas there. Sims will enjoy sitting resting there, having a chat. Great dance floor area. Sims will have fun dancing to the music from the stereo. The floor tiling of the level and the floor pattern near the bar looks great! The black and gold colour scheme of the second level looks very elegant! The gold ledges on the black wall look great in the staircase area! It looks very nice how you have set up the tables and chairs on the second level. The flooring is very nice. Nice music nook area. Sims will enjoy listening to the music being played wholst sitting on the nearby sofa. The star looks nice on the window.
      It is a very nice and elegant build! :)

      This place is amazing looking. The front facade is really impressive and I didn't even know you could build that jagged shape with pools. The star pattern for the roofs is really neat, too!

      The name had me confused at first because I wasn't sure if I was looking at something from TS3 Roaring Heights
      but then I realised you made it in TS4 but dang, it sure LOOKS like something straight from Roaring Heights! :)
      And this is not a bad thing, just to clarify. It looks amazing! Very exclusive and full of incredible details.

      I will download and fav this when I open my game again :)

      Matt, great to see you've set up a showcase thread! You know I love your work, and your Roaring Heights is no exception! You were so inventive with setting up the light, curtain, and window sculptures. That interior multi-story structure in particular is so dramatic! So many great details and all of them screaming art deco. Excellent build!

      Roaring Heights is a very amazing club! :D
      I love your architectural details, especially with your use of enlarged wall hanging at the front and lights on each sides and at the back. Very nice roofing too, even your two star-shaped roofs. Your landscaping is very adorable too! I especially like your fountain area and your palm tree placements. Very great pool and bar area. And your interior, wow! I really see a true art-deco style in your build, interior and exterior.
      I love it! I'm adding this to my faves. :D

      Matt, you did an Amazing job with Roaring Heights!!! Perfect shape and coloring and all without the set! (from TS3, lol) Every little inch of this is Perfect! Your flooring is just beautiful and the interiors are spot on. Totally awesome build!! :)
