Issues with outdoor retreat?

So I downloaded The sims 4 and outdoor retreat at the same time. When I went in game the first time I had no issues other than two sets of flowers from Outdoor retreat were super pixelated.
Went out of game totally and back in and outdoor retreat is gone completely.
Any solution?
I don't think this is a machine issue but I have a mid 2011 Macbook Pro
