Fencing Glitch

Well, I was building a garden for this house so I started putting a fence around it. All was good until I decided it was too close to the house and I moved it back a bit. Here's the problem, after doing this parts of the fence became invisible... I have no idea how to fix this. Please help

Also, when you try to place fence over the invisible fence, THE NEW fence becomes invisible too! You can't even delete it, it just says something like "nothing to delete". So it's pretty much a waste of money -_-'

okay, I think I found a temporary fix. Place a fence gate where the invisible gate is, then delete the gate. The fence became visible again for me. But be careful with the gates, for some reason if you are about to place one and you accidently scroll over more fence with it, they become invisible AGAIN... :neutral_face: I hope the devs find a more permanent fix soon, this is SO FRUSTRATING!

Just today I started having this exact problem. The part where I WAS going to put the fence became invisible and I couldn't get it to become visible again so I had to move the whole garden.

I had MOO on and was using mega fence it that helps anyone. I turned MOO off but it still was doing it. I tried to put another gate over the invisible gate but the fence remained invisible.

Hello @Glimmer50. Try turning off Moo and coming out of the game. Then go back in again , don't turn on moo. Try then placing the fence before turning moo on, and see if that helps.
Edit : the fencing would be there when reloading the game so you wouldn't been to replace the fence.

I have also had this problem, i put the fence down but when i hovered over it with a gate the fence would disappear, i couldn't delete the invisible part of the fence but also couldn't place anything over it. I deleted the remaining fence and saved and exited the game, when i loaded it back up the invisible part had gone and the fence worked perfectly fine. I also had MOO at the time.

I've tested this as well and deactivating 'Move Objects' is an effective and perfectly reasonable solution.

Thank You!!! This issue was driving me nuts! I was remodeling a toddler park and I accidentally created like four different spots where this kept happening. So now my park is full of columns where I tried to make it look intentional. lol
