      For ages and ages you couldn't contact a rep through live chat on the UK website, so I submitted like five different tickets but no one ever got back to me. Yesterday I decided to try one more time as I'd been scouting on eBay for the entire collection as I only ever had base game and two stuff packs. I checked the EA Support one last time and ta-da, they finally have the live chat option! I began by saying I was trying to add my code to my Origin account (as I still have my base game code) and that it wasn't working. My rep was really sweet and added the UC. :)

      I got it too! First I called to my country's EA Help but they said it is not available anymore. Then I contacted EA Help via Facebook and it took about half hour and I got the game. I just had to tell him my Origin ID :)
