Instantly, Ysa twirls around to see Aulani. Their eyes lock and they move together, holding one another. Aulani melts into her warm soft body. It fits his perfectly.
Without any words, they kiss, deeply, as if they’ve always been connected to each other.
Then she takes him by the hand up to her quarters like a lioness leading her mate. Sitting on the bed, Aulani’s insides buzz just being here with her.
Ysa asks, her voice low and soft, “Are you sure about your choice?”
Smiling, never straying from her gaze he says, “I’ve never been more sure.”
She giggles and says, “Then I’ll be right back.”
As she goes to the other room to change, Aulani is struck by what is about to happen and cannot believe the turn of events. She’s so strong and confident, something he loves but didn’t know he loved that in a woman. She takes control of every situation.
And Aulani is happy to follow. But then his thoughts move to the future. He is becoming attached already. Now he understands the bond his parents have and hopes his mother will be successful in her quest.
His thoughts are abruptly dissolved when he looks upon Ysa. All he can do is stare at her curves. She is radiant and all his, at least for tonight.
Sitting on the bed, they come together in a sweet kiss.
But then Aulani’s passion craves her and they explore one another, relishing their time together.
The next morning, Aulani awakens to the sweet chirping of birds and the warmth of Ysa in his arms. He could stay like this forever and decides to go back to sleep. He doesn’t want her to leave his side.
Unfortunately, she rouses from sleep and nudges him. “It’s time to get up, sleepyhead. I’ll be late.”
He pulls her back to him and mumbles, “Just a few more minutes. I don’t want you to go.”
She kisses his cheek and says, “I must go. Your mother has called a council meeting today. It’s important.”
Reluctantly, he lets go of her as she pads to the bathroom to change. He settles into slumber until she pokes him. “Won’t you escort me to the throne room, Aulani?”
Wiping sleep from his eyes, he takes her hands as she pulls him to his feet.
“This is an historic day, I’m sure. I know your mother will be talking about changes for the betterment of slaves.”
Aulani smiles at this. He couldn’t believe things would change so quickly, but if he is to stay in the Amazon, Hawika had to act fast. “And how do you feel about change, Ysa?”
Rubbing the stubble on his cheek, Ysa answers, “I want to be with you always, Aulani. I couldn't bear the thought of losing you. And I cannot even think about what might happen...since you are a Creator's son, you must die. But I do fear others won’t agree. Pray to the Maker for open hearts and minds.”
“I will,” Aulani breathes, kissing her on the cheek, tenderly. He hopes his mother treads carefully and the changes to come won’t cause an uprising. He might not be the only one who has to flee to Sixam. Thinking about that dark planet, he can only pray his mother's strength and her legendary Firestorm status will be enough to sway them all to her will.
Wow that went from crushing hard to full blown lovers! Their attraction was definitely coming up in the posts, but I didn't think it would happen that fast. It sure is steamy in here!

Oh wow, I completely missed when you posted this!! That's what I get for being absent a few days!! Ahhh, it's wonderful. I love the pictures, they look so wonderful together! I'm torn, I want to see what their baby would look like, but I want them to not be pregnant until it's safe for Aulani to live!
