Hello everyone! Here I'll share with you some of my creations I've uploaded to the Gallery. I'm a little late getting started on building, but hopefully I'll catch-up on the techniques quickly.

Central Library



A classically styled Library, created for the Willow Grove neighborhood (Replaced the Nightclub lot, between the Museum and Gym). Features two floors of reading space, two bathrooms, a room for children's story hour (with skill book bookcase), chess table, and a tea room/lounge area. Computers and desk space available for writing, research, and even for homework. It's a popular destination, so come see what all the fuss is about the musty old books!

Bloomington Park



A serene setting for family fun, the blossoms abound along meandering walkways. Benches offer places to sit down and chat with friends and neighbors. The chess pavillion has seen some unsportsmanlike conduct, but the competition can be fierce. Feeling hungry? Fix up some treats at one of the grills. Features a pond, bathrooms, chess pavillion, playground, fountain, picnic area, and lots of flowers.

I'm absolutely loving that library! It really has that amazing look that screams, "Library!" at the top of its lungs on the inside. The outside is this incredible decorated building, that looks like an old residential building! It's amazing! Not to mention Bloomington park would fit perfectly right beside your library! The park looks really inviting and I wish it was in my neighborhood in real life. I would for sure be going outside a lot more.

It is great that you have set up a showcase thread for your builds
Central Library is very nice! The exterior design of the building is very nice! It looks very nice how you have done the curved porch, the upper balcony and the roofing! The enlarged clock looks very nice on the upper front exterior of the library! The flowers and plants look very nice how you have placed on the edges of the front porch. The curved front porch sitting area is very nice! It looks great that you have placed seat benches either side of the front area of the build for sims to enjoy sitting outdoors in the sunshine having a read of a book with nice floral surroundings. The brickwork texture of the exterior looks nice, and it looks great how you have used the roof trimming. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the library! The wall panelling is very nice and it looks nice the types of and way you have placed the curtains in the areas of the build. The bookcases look great how you have placed them. Sims will enjoy sitting at the tables having a read or enjoy sitting resting on the sofa chatting and reading. Nice study desk nook area for sims to enjoy sitting at the desk table using the computer. It is nice that you have a coffee area where sims can enjoy sitting having a drink whilst at the library. The teaset and fruit bowl are nice touches on the counter and table there. It looks nice how you have placed and have angled the tables in the library.
Bloomington Park is a very nice place for sims to enjoy visiting! The layout of the build is so very nice! It looks very nice how you have done the round deck water fountain and sitting area! Sims will enjoy sitting resting in the sunshine on the seat benches there, enjoying the nice sight of the fountain. Very nice curved chess pavillion area! Sims will have fun playing chess at the tables there, in the outdoors air. Child sims will have fun playing on the pirate ship. It looks so very nice how you have placed the flowers and plants though the park! Very nice cooking and dining area for sims to enjoy cooking a meal on the grill and eating the food at the umbrella covered tables, enjoying watching all that is taking place around them outdoors. It is great that you have a pond in the park.
They are both very nice places to visit !

You have obviously carried over your wonderful way of building TS3 lots and creating lovely Sims, to TS4. I always love your offerings. thank you so much for creating this directory!!! :D

I think it is because you haven't becone a member yet. Once you become a member, the smilie will appear when you post from then on. You will also be able to post pictures and links.

The Burke family are very nice! Chealsea and Wyatt are such very cute child sims! The photos that you have posted of the family are very nice! It looks great how the kids are whispering secrets to each other. It a nice photo of Mum and son taking a selfie.Chris looks like he enjoys cooking outdoors on the bbq. They are a very nice family.

The Vincenzi family is very nice ! It is great that there is an uncle in the household too. The hats that the adults are wearing look nice on them. It is a great household of different ages of sims. The photos that you take of your sims look so great!

Thank you rosemow I agree, it's fun to experience several age groups at once and see the ways they interact together.

Small Lot Starter is very nice The roofing and the covered over front and back porches are nice! The blue colour of the exterior looks nice. It looks nice that you have used and how you have placed the open shutter windows in the home. It looks nice how you have used the terrain paint to create the pathways. Nice window study desk nook area for sims to enjoy sitting at the table reading a book with the sunlight coming in. The teddy is cute in the kids room! Sims will enjoy looking out through the side wall windows in their bedrooms at the outdoors views.
