If the issues remain, could you please post a picture of the issue. Because you aren't a member yet, you can't post pictures or links, but you can upload your pictures to a photo sharing site, then post the image code links here, but break the link up, such as putting h.tt.p . We can then put the image code links back together and post your picture for you
Copy and paste it in the search bar and the picture should show up
Hello @KawaiiPerfectionist .
I am sorry but you need to upload screenshots first to an photo image sharing site such as imgur. We are unable to see photos directly from your screenshots folder that is on your computer. After uploading them to the the photo sharing site, post the image code links here, but break the link up, such as putting h.tt.p . We can then put the image code links back together and post your picture for you
Hello @KawaiiPerfectionist .
Did you check that your graphics drivers were up to date?
Repairing the game may help. To do that, right click on the sims 4 picture in Origin and click repair.
Try resetting your sims 4 folder and see if that helps. To do that, move your sims 4 folder ( that is in Documents -Electronic Arts - then the sims 4 folder is there ) to the desktop. Then start the game, and a new sims 4 folder will be generated. Exit the game and then copy the "options.ini" and "ReticulatedSplinesView" files and the "saves" , "screenshots" "tray" "custom music " and "mods" folders from the desktop sims 4 folder to the new sims 4 folder, replacing the new generated files/ folders with the old files/folders.
If after doing the above things the issue still continues, could you please post your DxDiag info here. It will take multiple posts.
To gather a DXDIAG on your computer, do this :
Press and hold the Windows key and the letter R on your keyboard
You will see a Run box in the lower-left corner of your screen
Type dxdiag in the text field
Click OK
Click the Save All Information button, found on the bottom of the DXDIAG report
Then copy and paste the information from where you saved it, to here in this thread.
All my graphics are up to date, I'll post my dxdiag info tomorrow
The problem is called aliasing and you'll need to enable Anti-Aliasing to 'smooth the edges' so open Game Options -> Graphics and verify that 'Edge Smoothing' is enabled. If you're unable to set the options or you find that they're ineffective, delete the options.ini file under "My Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4" then re-launch your game. You should then be able to fully configure graphic options. The Sims 4 isn't very demanding of graphic memory so your system should be able to handle "Objects: High" and "Edge Smoothing: High" at 1920x1080. Laptop Mode should be disabled.

When laptop mode is disabled, my game is super laggy and i can't even play
Hello @KawaiiPerfectionist . You may need to keep laptop mode on.
It may be good to post your DiaxDiag info and simmers can then see if they can help you by looking at the information.

That's really more than enough to determine that your hardware isn't sufficient to run the game smoothly with any of the standard refinements. Your display adapter doesn't have enough memory and likely can't process at the rates required for anti-aliasing. You'll need a new system.

@KawaiiPerfectionist agree with above statement. Unfortunately your computer does not meet requirements to run this game. Do you own a different computer you can play on? This game does require a med level gaming desktop or higher end gaming laptop.
You're best off, if it must be laptop, with a computer that is above the recommended (not minimum) requirements for the game, including the graphic card. Sometimes you'll have to ask for the details if you're looking at a computer online, or customize one so that it's in the range.

Can you post a link of a computer that it works well on and is there anything i can do to make sims 4 work better on my pc?
You could try the following on your computer to help with performance generally, but it won't help your low-level graphics issue because your CPU is fairly old and week and your graphics are below minimum requirements:
- Update your drivers, at your laptop manufacturer's website (they're years old now)
- Use a laptop cooler
- Play with the power cord plugged in, not on battery
- Use the lowest graphics settings
- Don't run other software, other than Origin and Sims, when you're playing
@chesterbigbird could help with specific computers if you tell us where you are (what country) and what your top budget is.

Hello @KawaiiPerfectionist
Try coming out of the game completely. Then go back in again and see if the issue remains.
Check to make sure that your graphics drivers are up to date.
If you are playing on a laptop with a dedicated graphics card, do what is in this thread.
