    I have a lot of fun building houses for my sims, so I thought I might start a little thread and share them with you guys. I also have a number of houses on my gallery all ready to be uploaded to your game. Enjoy :D Origin: eliselove1

      The Sullivan is SO nice! I like the architecture and the exterior it's so fresh, clean.. Perfect. Also I love the green colour so I'm in love with your home :)

      It is great that you have set up a showcase thread for your builds :)
      The Sullivan is a very nice home! :) The exterior of it is very nice! The covered over front porch looks nice. It looks nice how you have used the spandrels. Nice colour that you have used for the exterior. It looks great how you have placed the windows in the build. The plants look nice how you have placed them on the edges of the front of the home and the porch. Very nice furnishing and layout of the interior of the home. The green colour of the walls looks nice. The coat stand is a nice homely touch beside the door. The rose on the dining table is nice for sims to see when eating there. The living room is a nice area for sims to enjoy sitting resting on the sofa there watching tv. It looks nice that you have placed the display shelves item in the corner of the room. The kitchen is very nice! It looks very nice how you have placed the kitchen cabinets there. The fruit bowl on the counter and the fruit pictures on the walls either side of the windows are nice kitchen touches for sims to see when cooking. Nice study desk nook corner for sims to enjoy sitting at the table using the computer with the sunlight coming in through the windows. The master bedroom is very nice. The type of bed and curtains that you have placed there look very nice and go well together. The picture on the bedhead wall is nice for sims to see when laying in bed. It is great that you have two spare bedrooms in the home.

      I am sorry to hear that you haven't been feeling too well. I hope that you are feeling a bit better now.
      Your new home is very nice! :) The exterior and roofing is very nice! The stone and other textures that you have used for the exterior give a nice look to the home. It looks great how you have placed the windows in the build. The plants in the pots on the front edge of the home look nice there. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home. The colour that you have used for the kitchen, dining and living rooms looks nice and suits well the home being located in Oasis Springs. The hanging pots, fruit bowl and the knives on the wall are great kitchen touches. Sims will enjoy looking outside at the views through the glass windows and doors in the dining room area whilst eating their meals. Nice tv watching and study desk nook areas in the living room. Sims will enjoy sitting resting on the sofa watching tv or reading, and will like using the computer at the desk whilst sitting on the comfortable study armchair. The blue colour scheme of the furnishings in the master bedroom looks very nice. Great layout of the bathroom. It is nice that you have an alcove area with both a shower and a bath tub. The rose, towels, candles and toiletries on the counters and the hanging robe on the wall are nice touches in the room for sims to see when bathing or showering. The curved sink counter looks great!

      I have a new house for you guys :D I wanted to try something a little different. I wanted to make it look like an elderly persons home, but with a hint of modern. I hope you all like :D

      Grandma's Home is very nice! :) It is a nice mix of a homely place for an older person to enjoy living in combined with modern touches too. The exterior design of the home is very nice! The covered over wraparound porch is nice, and the flowers look nice how you have placed them on the edges of the porch. The blue colour of the exterior looks nice. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home. It looks very nice how you have placed the pictures on the side wall in the living room. The sunflowers on the corner table are sunny for sims to enjoy seeing whilst sitting on the sofa watching tv. The yellow colour of the interior walls looks nice. Very nice design of the kitchen! The island oval bar stool counter is great! The fruit bowl on the counter and the fruit picture, knifes and plates decor on the walls are nice kitchen touches there for sims to see when cooking and dining. The cabinets look great how you have placed them on the kitchen walls. The wall and floor tiling in the bathroom is nice. The black colour of the toilet, sink, towels and bathtub creates a great look in the room. The brown colour of the bedroom walls looks nice. Sims will enjoy looking at the scenic picture on the bedhead wall whilst laying in bed and the plant is a nice touch on the bedside table.
      It is a very nice home :)

      The Glass House is very nice! :) It looks nice how you have placed the windows in the build, creating a nice light filled home for sims to enjoy living in and looking out through the windows at the outdoors views whilst indoors. The green colour of the exterior looks nice. It looks nice how you have placed plants lining the edge of the front porch. Nice furnishing of the interior of the home. The wooden flooring looks nice. Nice living room sitting area for sims to enjoy resting on the red sofa there, enjoying watching tv and having the sunlight coming in through the windows. The pictures on the wall are nice for sims to see whilst sitting on the sofa or eating their meals at the dining table. The wall colour and tiling looks nice. The purple/pink and brown colour scheme of the master bedroom looks nice. It looks nice how you have created a corner mirror nook for sims to look at themselves in the mirror and build up charisma skill. The pictures look great placed on the bedhead wall. Sims will enjoy seeing the flowers on their bedside table when waking in the mornings. The patterned floor rug under the bed adds a nice touch to the room. Very nice bathroom. The black and white colour scheme of the furnishings creates a nice look. The yellow floor rug looks very nice on the black and white flooring. Nice garden area for sims to enjoy sitting on the seat bench there in the sunshine enjoying the nice views of the water fountain and the outdoors. Sims will enjoy painting on the easel on the back porch in the outdoors air. The yellow and pink flowers look pretty there for sims to see in the garden.

      The American Dream House - 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom

      I've made this house with not a lot of furniture in it, purely because I want you guys to give you guys a vision to decorate and put in furniture yourselves. The house has a lot of potential! It could be made into a four bedroom complete with a pool in the yard. Enjoy!
