I had the same issue when offline but randomly the last game I played yesterday offline they all magically appeared offline with CC and I was extremely relieved and thought the previous troubleshooting I'd done after contacting EA support had fixed it however I just booted up the game this afternoon to find them gone.... :( However they now are pictured in the righthand column in the home section of the Gallery when you open by that haha but cannot be found elsewhere and that part only shows the few most recent so....doesn't help so much but atleast it's something haha
This is such a pain for people who can't play in the onine mode...I guarantee ss we're all just expected to have home internet access these days :/
Issues are now abundant within my game so as suggested by @rosemow I will be posting a link to my DxDiag they were so kind as to show me how to acquire.
Link: https://pastebin.com/ZiyMz6FJ
I still cannot use any Sim, Household, Home or Room saved to the Gallery or Library despite receiving green notifications informing me they have saved successfully. The sims or households for now can be found in the 'Household Management' tab found in the top right corner of the screen but still nothing in the Gallery or Library. I play Offline, in Offline-mode with no Origin-in-game.
I am posting this issue again here as I do not have access to creating threads being a new member. Thank you in advance!

Hello
With your other issues that you have posted on the other thread, go to the Nvidia site and update your graphics drivers http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx
Also try freeing up some more hard drive space on your C drive , if that is the drive that Sims 4 is installed on.
Yes the C drive is what it installed on despite my best efforts to install it on my D drive. I changed the path during the installation and have my origin set to put everything on my D drive but it overrode that and put it on the C drive regardless haha.
I followed the link provided and found my driver, do I just go ahead and click 'download' to update them?

@rosemow I have successfully updated my driver, thank you! The Nvidia program has also added the Sims 4 to its' own library system which is interesting! Now should I restart/reboot my PC then see if anything is fixed in-game?

It is good that your driver has now been updated
Try restoring /rebooting your game and see if it helps with your other issues.
It won't though help with the households not showing up in your library when offline. Try instead with that issue, to put your game in offline mode whilst still online and see if that helps. You can access offline mode by logging into Origin , pressing the origin label on the top left hand side of the screen and click " go offline" from the drop down menu.

I always play in Offline mode haha nothing changes.

Check to make sure that the " include custom content " button is ticked in the advanced section of the filter in the gallery.
Tried that and nothing, also the collectables (rocks/plants/frog hollows) they're still not showing up/have vanished entirely. So....all issues still remain. I updated my driver and also did an update on windows to see if that would do anything sadly nothing.

If you haven't already done this, try starting a fresh new save game to test to see if the collectibles spots appear in that new save game . You will need to play for a little while to test the issue. You can test other game issues that you are having, in this new save game also.
Hi, I recently got a new laptop and loaded the Sims 4. I can still play my old saves on my old laptop but they won't come up when I play on my new one. I have done everything I can think of, I've transferred all save files, trays, mods, literally everything in the folder and it won't come up. I made a new game and played it just so I could make sure it was working, and no matter what I do or any folders and files I replace it still only shows my new game, not the old one. I want to be able to play my old game. I can't even get it to save to my library in the gallery. It has CC, and it is the only one out of all my saves that will not show up in my gallery. If anything, I just want the house that I built because it was very unique. But none of it will go into the gallery.

Hello @djrobotxx
Do you use One Drive? Using that can cause issues. If you use One Drive, the game may be using a copy of the Sims 4 folder there, instead of the Documents -electronic arts - sims 4 folder. Check to see if there is a copy of the Sims 4 folder in One Drive or if there is another sims 4 folder somewhere else in the computer. You can try searching in the computer search bar using terms such " saves" "tray" " mods". ( these are names of folders within the sims 4 folder )
Edit : I am just checking. It is the old save games that you can't play?
With items in your library, you need to have the " include cc content" box ticked in the advanced section of the filter in the gallery for the items to show up if they include cc.
@rosemow I don't use one drive on either computer. I'm booting it up now to see if I can at least get the house to save to my library. My only worry is that it won't make a difference, I can't save the family at all which is super confusing. I had like 7 households of random sims, and the only one that I want to play won't load at all :(
I'm going to check to see if there was something I missed. Is there another way to port over those games?

Hello
Try moving to the desktop, the new saves and tray folders that are in the Sims 4 folder on the new laptop. Then place the old saves and tray folders from your old laptop into the sims 4 folder on the new laptop . Then launch the game, go to the load button on the main screen, press it, and see if you can click on the save game file picture and load your old save game. Then check to see if your items are in your library.
Youneed to have the " include cc content" box ticked in the advanced section of the filter in the gallery for the items to show up if they include cc.
I've tried that and it won't work. What's odd is I can't even find mods in my new game. I have a mod folder and everything, but they don't show up at all. I have CC enabled in my game and in the gallery. It's very confusing. This only started happening after the latest update, I remember having mods and everything there but after the update I have nothing.

Hello
I am sorry that you are having this issue. Try moving your sims 4 folder to the desktop. Then start the game, and a new sims 4 folder should be generated. Start a new save game and play for a little while. Then save the game. Exit the game and check to see if a new sims 4 folder has been generated. If a new sims 4 folder hasn't been generated, then the game is using another sims 4 folder somewhere else on your computer. Try searching to see if you can locate it,
This is happening to me as well. Families with cc will not show up in my library, but I've clicked the include custom content box in the advanced options and when checked the families show up, but the box never stays checked. For instance, I'll click on it and everything will be fine, but then I'll have to recheck it again when I come into the game another time. Is there any way to keep the box checked 24/7?

It doesn't do that when you repair your game.
