I agree with Winter in University looking good, being covered in snow while my Sims are throwing a bonfire party until the snow gets too deep so my party becomes 'lame' lol
Lunar Lakes is gorgeous, absolutely gorgeous. The topography is incredible, as is Brnt Waffles' alien sky mod paired with it. The weather looks so fresh and unusual; winter in particular combines with the warm color tones of the town to create something really different.
Monte Vista is a stunning world. Love its summer and winter. I built a fishing house near the lighthouse on a lot I placed myself. The view was spectacular. At summer nights sometimes I saw some ghost wandering off the hill from the cemetery, facing the starry sky as if listening to the tides of the sea. Too bad I cannot post photos yet.
(*) What an OUTSTANDING thread! Many of these could be mistaken as paintings that are definitely frame worthy. I replicated Otto & Charlotte Kilcher's family & homestead of the popular TV series *Alaska: The Last Frontier* last year and placed them in Appaloosa Plains (¿). This is from it and used as my personal Facebook(FB) cover pic. BTW: I also have another FB page devoted to TS3 called *The Sims-3 Forever* and would love to have more participants or at least more "likes." And this thread was actually shared on it which is how I found out about it. You'll recognize my same profile pic/avatar: https://www.facebook.com/pages/The-Sims-3-Forever/349140921902678
Hope to see a few more TS3 loyalists there! Thanks! Cameo
I love the University expansion, but apparently I'm the odd man out. I don't like they way the University looks. It's dull and grey. Reminds me too much of Moonlight Falls.
The worlds are definitely one of TS3's strong points to me. Very mesmerizing to look at.

@Pugslover4, @moonandsixpens, Thank you<3 @bobyo2001, It's the only thing I really like about WA, the three pretty worlds. They're kinda useless unless you're an adventurer though.
~ despite my username I'm actually a guy and would prefer you referred to me as such ~
I still like SIms 3, you just can't beat the worlds and don't forget Sim 3 has the Seasons.
True but not all worlds are breathtakingly beautiful...like *Twinbrook.* However, it inspired me to create the characters from the The Boxcar Children book and their boxcar home directly over the old tracks. After some trial & error, I was successful! Pretty crazy eah? No, I didn't "photoshop" any of these pics. (Hope this isn't considered high-jacking.)
Placed down the tracks from 167 Jebidiah Parkway (Juan's Pick 'n Pull Junkyard >>> that way) and directly behind a permanent lot that's behind 1252 Riverside Road, (Twinbrook Storage Corporation Warehouse.) Get all that?
