Invisible Lighting Bug Picture Please Look Gurus

I know this isn't finished yet and will be tweeked later but I'd like to report a bug with this new feature in hopes it gets fixed. It fixes the no ceiling issue with premade houses but it also causes this issue. The sim will start to glow like this and it will go from this to normal back to this again. Note I didn't have this issue before I went into buydebug and put the lights up. Also they still don't give much more light.

Note I don't have the pool patch yet so that isn't the cause.
