Constant Crashing!

Everytime i play the Sims 4 it crashes after around 5 minutes of Gameplay, sometimes i get lucky and it will last around 30 minutes, however this is rare. I have been on countless threads and tried many solutions in order to fix it but none of them work. I have tried running it in Windowed mode, disabled origin, updated my disk drivers, ran it in the lowest graphics ect... but it always crashes to desktop. I dont think its my laptop but i have included my system info anyway. If anyone can offer a solution, it would be much appreciated :)

You havnt posted the whole dxdiag so a lot of info is missing, all I can see from this is that your processor and ram should be good enough but you are let down on the HD4000 integrated graphics, its not supported and unlikely to run the game. Have you tried pushing all your settings to lowest before you go in game?>

My laptop also seems to have AMD Radeon HD 7730M, although i'm not sure if it is being utilised properly. And yes all of my settings are on the lowest option

I have intel HD 4000 graphics, it is not the problem as my game ran perfectly with intel HD 4000 so it is supported and it ran in high - medium settings.

I'm having the same issue. The game was working great until I updated it today. Now it won't go more than a few real life minutes without crashing.

Does it crash after a particular amount of time (= possibly hardware issue) or does it crash when you're doing something in particular or with a particular Sim or in a particular place?
