How Do I Save Games to the D: Drive?

My computer has two hard drives. The C: drive is solid state, and runs the operating system, but has a relatively small storage size. I generally save everything I can, including game files, to the very very large D: drive. All of the game files for Sims 4 are on the D: drive, but all of the screenshots I take and all of the saved game files end up on the C: drive, which is quickly running out of space. Is there any way that I can change the settings somewhere so that they save to the D: drive instead?
