Love Bird Cottage is so very pretty and homely! Very nice warm cottagey exterior design and layout of the home! The roofing and dormers are very nice! The stone edged pathways look very great! The design of them looks like a winged bird. The flowers through the outdoors areas and the flowes and greenery windows look so very pretty! The birds are a nice touch over the front door. Nice ourdoors chess area for sims to have fun playing chess in a very nice floral settling! The floral archway entrance to the backyard area looks very nice. Very nice layout of the interior of the home! It is great that there is a basement level, where the bedrooms are. The open plan kitchen and dining area is homely and nice. The yellow rose is a special pretty touch on top of the dining table. The fruit bowl, bottles, cake item , hot chocolate items and spice set are nice kitchen touches. Very warming sofas sitting nook near the fireplace for sims to have a chat and a drink of tea from the teaset on the round table.

I love your architecture, so cozy and rustic! Love that it is on a diagonal! I also like on how you placed a dormer object from Get Together as a gabled roof window. Your landscaping is so wonderful! Love that you used of ruined fences in this build. Love the stone path fences thing (I now forgot what is called). The gardens are so beautiful as well! I also adore the water feature at the back. And your interior, so charming! I love that you used a country furnishing in this build. And a big bonus is that you managed perfectly with a limiting diagonal spaces.

It would be a heck of a lot easier if we could copy them instead of picking each rock out individually... But they're the perfect size and shape for lining pathways so, yeah... Sore hands.

This home had been sitting unfinished in my library Forever. I finally got around to finishing it over the weekend.
It's a large open concept home for a big family. There are five bedrooms upstairs and a playroom for the kiddies. Out back there is a nice patio area with an outdoor kitchen, dining, entertaining and hot tub areas.

The modern exterior design of Modernly Modern is very nice! The black, blue and white colour scheme of the exterior and interior areas looks very effective! The modern design of the water features looks great! Very nice outdoors fireplace living area for Sims to rest on the sofa and armchairs there in the outdoors air,chatting near the fire and watching tv . Very nice layout and furnishing of the interior of the home! It is great that there are five bedrooms in the home. Very nice light filled open kitchen for Sims to enjoy the sunshine coming in through the windows whllst cooking meals. It is a nice touch that there is a computer study desk nook in the kitchen, for Sims to enjoy using the computer there. Very nice design of the living room! It looks very nice how the sofas have been placed in a U shape there. Sims will enjoy reading books and watching tv together there in front of the fire. Very nice bar and bubbles machine nook! Sims will enjoy using the machine or having a drink from the bar. The type of armchairs placed on the edges of the machine look very nice.
It is a very nice modern family home !

The exterior design of Casual Contemporary looks very nice! The stone and wooden exterior wall textures look very nice together, and the slanted roofing looks great! Very nice upper deck bar balcony! Sims will enjoy very nice views of the outdoors as they sit on the stools or at the umbrella covered table, enjoying a drink from the bar and a chat. The car port is great! Very nice layout and furnishing of the interior of the home! The brown and blue colour scheme looks very nice! Very nice corner kitchen nook! The angled island bar stool counter is great! Sims will enjoy sitting there or at the dining table eating a meal. The white flowers on the dining table complement well with the blue coloured chairs. The patterned floor rugs in the fireplace sitting areas and under the dining table add a nice look to the areas. Very nice study desk and games windows areas for sim to enjoy looking outdoors whilst using the computer or having fun playing chess . The plants are nice touches of nature and the green is a nice touch of an extra colour in the blue and brown colour scheme. Sims will enjoy sitting relaxing in front of the fire, chatting or watching tv.
It is a very nice casual contemporary style home!
