I shared "Tiny Starter 4x5 sub 11k" on the Gallery, under username Z80Blake.
It's a tiny two storey house of the kind you often find in inner city areas of the UK, though not freestanding in the middle of the lot - they would be mounted alongside each other as a street of terraced houses.
The upper floor has a double bed and a 2 x 1 shower closet.
Downstairs, is an open plan kitchen, with one worksurface tucked below the open stairway. Near the door, is a desk with a PC and wall speaker.
On the ground floor is also a 3 x 1 toilet and washbasin. I've seen single room homes before with the toilet next to the pillow or the fridge and frankly it makes my stomach churn over. I can't even handle the thought of taking a bath or shower in the same room that someone took a potty in!
This house meets all a Sim's basic needs apart from exercise. Single Sims can go to the gym I suppose. The PC allows writer/programmer/spy/business sims to do their daily tasks, while the speaker stops the fun need decaying.
One issue with the open plan layout is that the cooker is underneath the stairs, any fire could quickly trap a sim who is on the upper floor.
For this reason the price includes a sprinkler system.

Tiny Starter 4x5 sub 11k is a very nice starter! @ZilogMan It is great that it is two storeys. It is nice that you have built it to reflect homes found in inner city areas in the UK.
Pinewood is an Alpine chalet/cabin starter home with two bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen, living and dining areas. There is a balcony on the first floor and a garden at the rear with patio and space to add extra activities
Pinewood is a very nice Alpine chalet/cabin starter home! @masajo I have posted about your very nice home on your showcase thread but just wanted to say again that it is very nice!
The layout and design of Jungle Huts looks great! @luckyheather It reflects huts in the jungle very well! The plants, trees and flowers on the ground areas and on the sides of the exterior wall looks so very nice! Very nice outdoors dining area. Sims will enjoy cooking on the grill and eating the food amidst the jungle plants. It is great that there is an archaeologists table for sims to use outdoors , and a chest to hold discovered items! Very nice gym hut for sims to keep fit using the punching bag. The inside bed area is very nice for sims to rest in the bed, or enjoy watching tv or painting on the easel.
It is a very nice and creative jungle themed starter!
@luckyheather that looks fab! I haven't been around much lately and haven't really seen anything to do with the jungle pack, but your creation looks like it has some very interesting items.
Shy Starter is a very nice home! @Chicherino It is great that it has two storeys and only uses base game content. The open shutter windows either sides of the front door are a nice home touch.Very nice layout of the interior of the home! It is nice that there are two bedrooms so a family can live in the home.
It is a great starter home!

Aw thanks, @rosemow! I really appreciate your feedback!
The design was inspired by a house in Pennsylvania I once lived in, although this version a lot more compact and has less rooms than its real life counterpart. I purposefully made it this way with new players in mind, which is also why I didn't use any content from packs.
Country Starter is a very nice homely warm looking home! @xraygrl2004 Very nice exterior design of the home! The curved roofing and the stone and green wooden siding wall textures look very nice! Very nice roof covered front porch. The layout of the interior looks very nice. The types of curtains used adds a nice look to the home. Nice windows sofa seat sitting area for sims to rest on the sofa with sunlight coming in onto them. The wall tiling in the kitchen looks very nice, and very nice blue tiled walls in the bathroom.
Sims will enjoy starting their sims lives there

Notes: This house is currently furnished as a 1Bed 1 Bath, but has a bonus room that can be used for whatever. I tried to keep the furnishings fairly simple so that your sim can make the home shine.
