This Swedish inspired home is base game starter with no custom content. A single sim home with 1 bed, 1 bath place on the Cottage Am See lot in Windenburg. I hope your sim finds it peaceful among the pines.
The Swedish themed design of the starter home looks very nice! @BlueShreve Very nice layout of the interior! The white colour scheme looks very nice, and the white siding wall texture looks calming. I have posted about your starter home on your showcase thread.
@oXseashellXo Thank you! Glad you like it. Your build is quite interesting too. The shape is so strange, but somehow it seems to work and makes it look really cool. I like that there's a pond underneath, too, which gives some sense to the stilts. One detail of the decoration that struck me is the pots and pans with ivy on them, the ones hanging from the ceiling. I like all the plants growing everywhere and the fantasy and more natural decoration elements like fairy statues and the tree trunks in the bedroom, but this one particularly surprised me. It doesn't look like cc, but I don't think I've seen it anywhere... It's not an item from a pack I don't own, right? It's a combination of items? I've been staring at it trying to figure out how you did that and to remember the plant that would look like this.
Chalet Gardens looks very pretty! @83bienchen Very nice design of the exterior of the building! The rooofing looks great! The tall trees look stately in the build. Very nice curved porches! The large water fountain looks very nice on the back porch. The type of windows used looks very nice. The folly is a nice touch.
It is a very nice venue for sims to enjoy visiting
This home is a mixture of natural wood with a modern design. The interior is Swedish inspired with an open floor plan with 2 bedrooms 1 bath.
For a different look add white wall texture to exterior to make it look more modern (see photo). The lot was built in Windenburg on the Cottage Am See lot 30x20 and looks great among the trees.
Here is a peaceful and welcoming graveyard containing twelve graves with space for many more. Fully landscaped with attractive plants and seated areas for reflection. The Mausoleum is calming, again with seating and leads to a quiet fishing pond. There are public WCs and a shed containing water facilities for loved ones to tend their flowers. There is also bin storage here. The Groundskeeper's cottage is small and quaint with bedroom, bathroom and open plan living areas. There is a private bbq garden to the side. All animal friendly with lots of space for pets to run around

Your sim can run this funny spooky store and to live in it! Because this store has a small apartment inside. Made by #Airis6962 for our #StarterRetailChallenge, #GetToWork, #TheSims4 , #SpookyStuff #Spooky #Funny #Halloween #NOCC #MOO #Playtested
Background Story:
I started this lot 2 years ago, but I never finished till now. Thanks to our "The Retail Starter Store" (click on my siggy to see) that inspired me to make the inside and that I could purchase the Spooky Stuff in offert (only 4,95 €!) some days ago, I could have my definitive "vision"

EDIT: I posted a picture twice instead the one of the bathroom. Sorry.
The exterior design of Broken Arns looks great! @5782341b77vl The brick wall texture and the placement of the windows looks great in the build. The fire escape is a great touch. Very nice layout of the interior of the build! It is nice that there is a gym area on the top floor for sims to enjoy using the fitness equipment to keep fit. It looks great the way the single beds are on each side of the third floor.
The build looks great!
Each of your builds are very nice! @BlueShreve@masajo and @AIRIS6962 They are very creatively and nicely designed and furnished. I have posted about them on your showcase threads.
You'll notice the lack of windows on the left side. This is done for the optional signage that CAN be placed there (if Simmers wish to do so). I modeled the building after an old grocery store in the Historic part of town (had "Drink Coca-Cola" hand painted on the side of the building). Sadly, the store was closed up for quite some time, but it was still pretty cool. You don't see hand painted advertisements nowadays.
Brownstone Apartments looks very nice! @5782341b77vl It looks great how you have designed the build. Very nice layout of each of the levels. The blue colour of the beds looks nice and calming. It is great that you have left the left side of the building without windows, so that simmers can choose to put signages there. The signs would look great there! It is nice that the building is modelled on a real life grocery store, Nice community outdoors dining area for sims to enjoy cooking meals on the grill and eating the food at the picnic table in the sunshine. The hedging looks very nice along the edges of the building and the trees look nice there.
It is a very nice apartments build
Thank you, @rosemow ! I honestly love your reviews and find them quite helpful in my builds.
I've started to consider re-remaking a store modeled after it - (clothing, perhaps?), but I need to renovate the interior (keep the exterior - except adding big display windows). The bones are still there and just need a face lift (plus I'm not good at retail store designs ).
I always loved how the older buildings looked. There's just something about them that you don't see in modern buildings.
I was thinking about a store on the 1st & 2nd (maybe) floor and use the 3rd for the shop's owner apt (if possible), storage, or something.
Your plan to use the building and make it into a store sounds great! @5782341b77vl Having a level as a Living space for the Owner of the store would be great, so that they could live there as well as running the store. I hope that the build goes well if you decide to do it!
@5782341b77vl cool builds the narrow lot design easily fit most lots. What do you think of a rooftop access with a rooftop garden area??? I think that would be neat

Thank you, @BlueShreve . I try to build on the on the most abundant 20X30 lots in Newcrest (my "birth place" for most of my buildings).
Honestly, I've never tried to make a rooftop garden, though I never thought of it. I will have to give it a try and see how it goes. Thanks for the idea.
SIMplicity is a base game build with no custom content. It fits great into Oasis Springs, it was built on the pebble burrows lot. A modern and retro 3 bedroom 2 batch design that looks great with the already existing homes in Oasis Springs with just enough personality to stand out.
SIMplicity Base is a very nice family home that suits Oasis Springs well! @BlueShreve It is great that it only contains base game items. Very nice design of the back pool and outdoors dining patio! The colour scheme and furnishing of the interior looks very nice. I have posted about your home on your showcase thread.
