Ah yes... I see it now. Missed it before. I'll try knocking up a quick s4pe wrapper for it, so we can get the data better presented, might help with working out what it does.
This resource has something to do with the CAS virtual sliders. For example when searching the instance for the Neck_Thin virtual slider 0x29351D563632B9AA all I find is this file type but when searching for other sliders say the Chin_Wide 0x814F11012B65B21C I find this type and a BOND file.
The 0xC5F6763E files seem to point to the bond files. I hex edited the neck_thin 0xC5F6763E file and made it control the chin_wide slider. Then I created a new BOND file linked the Neck to this new file and it worked. With these files I'm able to change what sliders control.
So the 0xC5F6763E files for sliders without BOND files link to this resource type 0xDB43E069 Inge can you help with it now? They are found in the ClientFullBuild0.package
Comments
NB I didn't test it for long, it could still be buggy.

Edit:
Should be something like
DWORD Version
Byte[] Unknown 31 Bytes
DWORD Entire Chunk Size. Start at 0x23(count from 0x00)
---Start chunk
Chunk Entry:
--WORD Chunk Size
--Unknown
I'm also interested, thanks in advance if you can slide it past us!
BTW, where's the "hug" button? We seriously need one.
