Hi all,

I know this subject has been talked about quite a bit but after reading the previous discussions, I'm still confused. I had a legacy family I was playing and decided to create a new save last night, just to try something new -- and that save completely deleted my legacy family Can someone please explain (for dummies) how multiple saves work in this game? And if there is anyway I can get my family back?

Here's what my save folder looks like right now, in case anyone is wondering.

Using "Save As" should always make a brand-new file if you type in a new name. Right now, you do have other saves there that won't show up in game, though! Try renaming all those .save.ver0 files to end just .save -- that should make them show up in-game.
