Would it be possible for someone to re-write the Yours Mine and Ours Sims 3 challenge from Mod the Sims for the Sims 4? I love both the movies and think it would be really fun to try for the Sims 4 :)
Hey guys! I'm new to this whole challenge thing as I have never done one before but wanna give it a try to give more of a purpose and story to my gaming. What fun ones would you guys recommend?
Is anyone doing the build Willowcreek challenge? My plants are almost dying in my park and all the skill books and the books my sim wrote are not in the library I built. I was wondering if anyone else had the same problem or if I did something wrong.
I am doing the Newcrest challenge (I saw after you mean Newcrest) but I haven't been back to my park since I build it. Have you checked the thread for the challenge to see if anyone's had this issue?
I kind of wondered about it myself bc I wasn't sure how the plants I grew would live in a park. I've seen the game generate a gardener before but I didn't know if it would work for created ones, though I did see one at a lot I downloaded in another game so.....

@Nicarra60 I have just released my first Sims 4 elimination challenge, Solitary. It is somewhat based off of the T.V show. The rules could be a bit overwhelming/complex, but you are always free to change it up to your liking. Some could say it's similar to the Warehouse on Black St Challenge.
I am really new to the forums, so I am very restricted when it comes to posts (that's partially why I didn't want to post the challenge here). Oops, and I just realized that I can't post links or mention people. You can find the challenge rules/info on my Tumblr @princessbuttkick. It's easy to find, since I only have 3 posts.
@Nicarra60 I've just posted a forum for a challenge idea that I had. It's basically a three-part challenge that involves three existing challenges that tie into each other. I was unable to leave links in the post itself, since I'm a new member, so I left referrals to the original version of each challenge, along with the name of the person who made it.
“If there's one thing I've learned, it's this: We all want everything to be okay. We don't even wish so much for fantastic or marvelous or outstanding. We will happily settle for okay, because most of the time, okay is enough.”

Animals Are People Too Challenge Backstory: Upon being neglected and harmed, punished and overlooked, a band of animals ran away from home. The party consisted of a cat, a dog, a hamster, and a bird. They ran far, far away to the land of Willow Creek and Oasis Springs, where they found a mysterious sim by the name of Vladima Voodoo. Now, Vladima could understand animals. She could read their emotion, and knew that they were upset. Vladima told them that they didn't understand, and turned them to human with her powers. Now, the animals need to learn on their own how hard being a human can be.
SETTING UP: CREATING THE ANIMALS Enter CAS and chose a sim, male or female. They should be young adults. Let's make the cat first. The cat should have- - Narrow eyes that are blue, green, hazel, or gray. - Hair that is black, white, brown or ginger. Cats aren't blonde. - Clothes that match the hair color Now the dog. The dog should have- - Wide open, crazy eyes that are brown, blue, or forest green. - Hair that is tan, brown, black, or white. No ginger on this one. - Clothes that match the hair color Next the hamster. The hamster should have- - Small, beady like eyes that are either black or dark dark brown. - Hair that is black, white, brown or tan. - Again, clothes that match the hair color And lastly, the bird. The bird should have- - Eyes that are sharp and wide (thick eyeliner if a girl) - Hair that is blonde, blue, purple, or green - Clothes must match the hair color They should be roommates and nothing more. They can also have any traits and any aspirations.
SETTING UP: MAKING THE HOUSES Move into a housing plot, and build 4 small condos. Use only 20,000 to build these. Make sure to include a kitchen, a bed and a bathroom. Remember not to make it TOO fancy, as you need to make 3 more copies of the house you just built. No electronics or any skill-building items allowed in ANY of the houses. Now that the houses are made, direct each animal sim to their house. Now move on to the next step.
SETTING UP: THE FIRST DAY Now you should have four animal people in their specified house. Well, they won't actually stay in their house, but whatever. The first thing to do is get each of them a job. Afterwards, I'd give them some cooking skill so they don't burn the house down the second you turn your back. Now they can all eat dinner together and chat like old friends (even though in a way they are). By now it should be time for them to go to bed, as at least one of your sims should be tired. Now, move forward to the hard part.
PLAYING THE CHALLENGE (THE HARD PART) At 8am, choose one animal to control. He/she is the only sim you can control for that sim day. This means that the other three will be stumbling around like idiots. Do not worry if they're all uncomfortable... I guarantee it WILL happen. After the animals all come home from their jobs, here's what I do to see how much money each sim brought home. - Look at the sim's job - Figure out how many hours they work - Multiply that by how much money they make each hour This is important because the animals can only buy what they want with the amount of money they bring home. Also, the animals can only buy stuff when it's their turn to be controlled by you.
BEATING THE CHALLENGE The challenge ends when the animals are one day before becoming an elder. If aging is off, have fun playing your never ending challenge!
If there is anything you think I should add, or if you have questions, please tell me! I will answer any question you've got. Thanks in advance, Shelbie
What Challenges do you think are the best?
I want to try one of them but I don't know 99% of them
That is a big question and a bit hard to answer because it all depends on your playstyle and what you think you would enjoy doing. I am currently playing 2 challenges:
Drifter Challenge- Play this one if you like to be homeless every generation, try new things and enjoy building a town. I truly enjoy this one. You can also play each house on it's own and not do all the challenges. For more about it click here.
Rosebud Challenge- become a Sim-Millionaire. Rules are already bookmarked above by Euphorial Queen
I would probably just read through all of them on the first page until you come across one you like or try one of these we suggested. They are all fun.

I have not read it thoroughly but do see a few points that may need some attention.
You should also move your thread to Sims 4 Stories and Legacies.
